Caribbean Delight’s menu offers unique meals and cuisine that are all made-from-scratch including oxtail, curry goat, jerk chicken, curry chicken, jerk shrimp and rice and peas. Beef patties, chicken patties, soups, fritters, sweet plantains, vegetarian options and other items help to round out the restaurant’s menu which is built around traditional cuisine found among the Caribbean islands.
At Caribbean Delight, savory island spices, herbs, coconut milk and other flavors are blended into savory sauces and marinades that enhance the flavors of its many fresh dishes. To complement its menu, Caribbean Delight also offers a variety of island-inspired, home-made beverages, including sorrel and ginger beer.

History
Established in 2015.
Caribbean Delight is located at 3211 Route 27 in Franklin Park. It is the first Caribbean-inspired restaurant to open its doors in the region.

Caribbean Delight is a small, family run, full service restaurant and caterer inspired and founded by Pansy Lee. Lee hails from West Moreland, Jamaica. She brings decades of experience to the kitchen. Our goal is to provide our customers and patrons with the best quality Caribbean Cuisine using the highest quality ingredients and products. We aim to provide cordial and unmatched hospitality, and seek to produce only the freshest and most savory products in the kitchen. We also seek to provide customers with an authentic and accurate representation of Caribbean food and culture.
