History
Established in 1921.
this is, as far as we know, the oldest continuous business in Benzie County, MI.
The cottages have been refurbished over the years but have kept their old-fashioned charm.

Iris and Mike J.
Business Owner
Mike is retired from the U.S. Coast Guard, Iris was a banker before having kids. We have owned and operated the Wayfarer since 1994. There is an established clientele of about 80% return guests. Our motto is «you stay with us, you won’t want to stay anywhere else»
