For 15 years we have been customers and are extremely happy! not the least expensive but fair prices and you never have to redo anything. We have tried other places just to compare and realized it’s not worth it when you already have the best!

Best dry cleaner I have ever used. If buttons break on your shirts they replace them. Every order is processed quickly even if you don’t need it to be. All staff members are customer focused and genuinely good people. Can’t beat the prices either.

I WAS a very loyal customer and referred countless customers to Royal cleaners in Nobscot. I moved and started going to the rt. 9 location. 3 strikes your out! This last time I just had enough! A simple jacket to dry clean and they left cleaning solution all over the area they tried to get a stain out. It was also pressed very badly. When I returned it to be done over, I did not even get an apology, just excuses. Three trips later to pick up a jacket I was to wear to an event and never did. I am finished and will be looking forward to beginning a new relationship with someone else who treasures my business.

Took my coat to be cleaned and when I picked it up, it was worse than when I dropped it off. It had black fuzz all over it (the coat is yellow) and the stains were not removed. I brought it back. Just picked it up today and the black fuzz was almost gone, but the one stain was still on it. The woman at the counter had the nerve to tell me that it was part of the fabric! As I was inspecting it, she walked away and began to talk to another employee and totally ignored me. I walked away without saying a word… and they’ll never see me (or any of my family or friends if I’m lucky) again. How rude!

Very very pleased with their work! I needed to get a dress hemmed and then tailored at the zipper. The work was completed within 2 days even though they quoted me 3. And very reasonably priced especially given the complexity of the design of my dress I thought the work would be costly but I was pleasantly surprised when they told me the cost. I am definitely coming back here to get my clothes tailored and I highly recommend this place

My wife loves Royal Cleaners. Everyone there is very friendly; prices are reasonable; and they do a great job on my dress shirts.

After sending my vintage leather jacket out to be cleaned and essentially ruining it, the woman behind the desk whom I believed to be a manager couldn’t give me the time of day to explain how to fix the situation. She answered the phone twice mid conversation and was quite rude. I certainly wouldn’t take anything of value there, and don’t expect a friendly, helpful of even polite experience.

Brought a pair of jeans and some athletic pants here to be shortened. Service was great. I tried them on in store, and she made the adjustments and asked me if I liked the length. I think a hem cost $ 10 or 12. I picked them up and they were perfect. They’ve lasted great and not a stitch has come out of place. I’ll be coming here again when I need something else tailored.

I brought some slacks here to have some hooks replaced but when I went to pick them up there was some questions about the hooks. I ended up going back 3 times for these pants and in the end they fixed them and didn’t charge me.
They apologized for the run around which was really nice. I appreciate they owned up to it and didn’t charge me. Sometimes places do make mistakes but how they handle it is what counts.

Quick turn around time on dry cleaning and tailoring. Probably the nicest staff in Framingham as well.

Good prices, clean, cheerful place where they remember you. I think every old guy in Framingham gets his shirts done here, and they are lookin’ fine. Easy parking. I wish they were green.
One guy told me flat out he couldn’t remove a stain, which I respect. I just wish I weren’t so grubby.

I’ve been a customer for as long as I can remember. That said, I’ve also moved out of state and out of town always to return to consistently good service and great prices for my husband’s shirts. They charge less than what I’ve paid in Chapel Hill, NC and in Somerville. I recently had some pants and jeans shortened here (a first) and was very pleased. They do all the cleaning (except for some specialty services) on the premises so it’s very quick.

Nice people, but they didn’t do the work that was paid for and promised. When I dropped off and picked up everyone is nice and friendly they make you feel good about their store, but they didn’t do the service and acted like they had.
I had a ski jacket that needed a rip fixed inside the sleeve lining. I showed them in the store when dropping off what needed repair and they even pinned it. After the service I brought the jacket home and realized they didn’t fix it at all! Which I wanted so I can use it on a ski trip. The guy on the phone says she must have fixed another rip in the jacket. I was horrified because the jacket was in new condition except for the liner rip and didn’t need other repair! What else did she do to my jacket ran through my mind! Didn’t find that yet… kind of hoping not to…
The second item was my wife’s coat which needed a minor repair to the pocket which they did fix, but it was suppose to get cleaned as well. When my wife took off the protective plastic there were feathers all over the wool jacket and there was a spot on the jacket that made us wonder if they cleaned it as well.
I called them and told them about my ski jacket (didn’t know about the other issue with my wife’s jacket at the time) and they did offer to make it right. If it were a minor issue I would go back but as they didn’t do the work at all and I am struggling to see this as an just an honest mistake, I am not going back. Fortunately I had a first time customer coupon, which makes the lesson less expensive… I should have listened to some of the other reviewers…

This place is pretty incredible. My boyfriend has had dozens of shirts washed and pressed here and they have always done a fantastic job. I have had two pairs of pants hemmed here and they came out perfect. It didn’t take long at all to have the measurements taken. Also, they have a service for cleaning UGGS, which I have to say, I was a bit hesitant at first because it cost $ 40. However, when I picked up the boots, they looked brand new as if I just bought them. It feels great to pay $ 40 instead of $ 160 for brand new boots. They are relatively quick and everyone is super friendly. The price is pretty consistent to most cleaners. All in all, I highly recommend this place to even the pickiest of dry cleaning customers.

I’ve been a customer of Royal Cleaners in Framingham for about 5 months now, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. They are always super-​friendly, I’m in and out the door in under 2 minutes, they have the quickest turnaround time, and their prices are amazing!
The real reason I came on to write a review about them is because I recently left a wallet in the pocket of a pair of pants I gave to them to clean. I had taken out a bunch of cash because I was about to go on a trip to Florida, so the wallet had $ 500 in it. I realized on Sunday that it was probably in my pants at Royal, and I got somewhat worried I wouldn’t get it back since I didn’t know them well. They were closed Sunday so I planned to call them first thing Monday morning.
When I woke up this morning (Monday), I already had a voicemail from them saying that they had my wallet and I could come pick it up whenever. When I just went in there, they gave me the wallet with every dollar still in it. I feel like this kind of thing is very rare these days — they could have easily taken it, but instead they were completely honest and even went so far as to notify me that they had it.
I am more than impressed with the level of service Royal Cleaners provides. I also love it that they are a family business and they really take pride in what they do. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family, check them out!

I have been here numerous times and I have never had a problem. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They have offered to rush the cleaning and have done so on more than one occasion with no extra charge when I have had to leave on a short notice business trip.

I’ve been a steady customer of Royal Cleaners for nearly 20 years and have always been extremely happy with their service. The clothes are always ready when asked for, even when it’s a rush. If there’s a tricky cleaning situation, they take the extra care to get it right. If you forgot your wallet, no problem, just pay next time you’re in. Missed the closing and need your clothes for a long business trip? No problem, we’ll leave them with the convenience store next door. Steve, Debby and the rest get it right and do it with a smile. There’s a reason they’re voted the best around – because they are.

The absolute worst dry cleaning experience I’ve ever had! We brought in a pale yellow Victorinox shirt with light blue stripes and what we got back was the same shirt with PINK stripes! They said that they had to get a stain out (the size of a bread crumb) so the entire shirt was soaked in a solution (3 times) in an effort to get the stain out with the trade off that the shirt would become this yellow and pink marshmallow-​y mess! I had to twist the man’s hand for an apology and that BITCH who worked there yelled at us saying that it’s not their fault. They took a beautiful yellow shirt with blue stripes and made it an unwearable one with pink stripes… I think SOMEBODY is at fault. They refused to rectify the situation saying that they’ve been the best dry cleaners for 10 years… I find it despicable that Royal Cleaners can commit crimes behind a stupid claim as the «best dry cleaners».
