I am Richard Kent Berger, Esq. I have been practicing since 1986. Established in 1986.

I have acted as outside general counsel to many companies in manufacturing and high tech sectors (in several industries); have raised millions of dollars in contract and investment deals, drafted award-​winning business plans; engaged in litigation around the nation and globe representing businesses and individuals; developed an entertainment practice representing independent artists, labels and managers (and high tech companies serving the entertainment industries), and; have built an estate planning practice to secure the legacy of my clients.
