Skylark Law & Mediation, PC is a mediation and law firm handling cases in the Massachusetts Civil Courts, Family & Probate Courts, and the U.S. Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts. We focus our practice on out-​of-​court settlement and mediation when possible. We have six trained mediators, four collaboratively trained attorneys, and all of our attorneys have experience litigating cases when necessary.

History

Established in 2008.

Skylark Law & Mediation, P.C. formerly known as Kelsey & Trask, P.C. was founded in 2008 by attorneys Matthew Trask and Justin Kelsey. Our goal has always been to help our clients resolve conflict as efficiently as possible. In order to accomplish that goal, we have added other mediators and collaborative attorneys to our roster who have a similar mindset.

Business Owner

Justin Kelsey concentrates his practice on Collaborative Divorce, mediation and representation. He is on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council and the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation. He is also a technology geek, science fiction fan and the primary website developer for Skylark Law & Mediation, P.C. as well.
