We specialize in bicycle repairs, maintenance, new and used bicycles sales, and accessories. Basic maintenance classes and group weekend rides will be available soon.

Fall/​winter maintenance special starting now to keep those bikes ready for spring. 22 points of safety on each tuneups at $ 65 plus any part (s) needed.

History

Established in 2014.

Though Cisco Cycles is a new store, it has roots going back to the 1990s, when manager Francisco Cornelio ran a New York City shop – primarily for bike messengers – called Big Apple Cycles. His long career in professional cycling and his dedication to the sport and to cyclists finds new expression in Cisco Cycles, which is a traditioal bike store that also supports (and sponsors) serious cyclists.

I bought a road bike for my wife who has back issues. Francisco was wonderful in taking the time to fit her to bike and make sure she was comfortable. He also was very patient in describing best riding technique and in fitting her clip ons so she can get in and out safely.
I would highly recommend using Cisco Cycles for your bike riding needs.

Nicest people. Was biking by and spiral wrap was coming off one handlebar. Stopped in and the guy redid it for free (goodwill). Said it was originally put on backwards so rewrapped it. I ended up buying a folding basket (Wald) I had been Googling and it cost less there plus he installed it for me. I found out they also do charity work making donations for school supplies for children in the Dominican Republic. This guy was so friendly and helpful as was an employee that was there. Everyone needs to give this place a shot.

Cisco rocks! I wandered in over the 4th of July weekend to get a flat tire repaired on my wife’s bike. Cisco completed the repair in about 5 minutes as we chatted. Since the family was heading to the Cape on vacation this week, I ended up being 3 other bikes back for tune-​ups later in the day. He knew I was trying to get the bikes back quickly and finished them all that afternoon. Fantastic customer service at an extremely reasonable price. Great guy too! Welcome to the neighborhood and congratulations to Cisco Cycles on your first year in business!

This is by far the best bicycle shop I have ever used. Cisco is currently building a 1985 Eddy Merckx for me and I couldn’t be happier with his overall knowledge and skill as well his communication. I’ve used many other shops and this is the first time I actually feel like someone truly cares about my build. He is great to work with, easy to reach and when you go into the shop it feels like you are in his house and he just welcomed you in as an old friend. I will never use anyone else going forward and I hope he is there for a long long time.

I had left my bike out all winter. When I took it out last weekend it was a complete mess. Tires, brakes, lights, you name it! I live in Framingham and I had seen that there was a bike shop there but it did not look too welcoming. Then I drove by again and noticed that the place was totally different. It had a name outside the shop and there is always people outside looking at bikes. So I took my bike there and found out it is a new owner. I am soooooooooooooooo glad I took the time and stopped in! Cisco is a very nice guy, he explained everything that was wrong with my bike and told me when he would have it ready. The price was great for everything he did.
I am so happy that this bike shop is in Framingham. I will always bring my bike here and I look forward to buying a new bike from Cisco soon. I recommend this place 100%.

Sad to see the quirky Simply Living Cycles go but it is replaced by a much more organized very friendly and helpful shop. I had a bike accident that bent a part of my dérailleur and needed other work on my 3 year old road bike. Price was reasonable $ 65 for tune up and he was able to bend the part and not replace it saving me $$$. Highly recommend!

We thought our beloved drift trike had ridden it’s last ride. My husband couldn’t fix it, no matter how hard he tried. The first few bike places I called didn’t even know what I was talking about. And parts aren’t made any more. But nothing out there is as cool, even for big money. Cisco is a bike genius, as well as a super nice guy with an infectious personality. He resurrected the trike so that it’s better than new. Amazingly he did it fast, and it still cost a lot less than buying one of the pieces of drek sold these days. My daughter is just so happy to have it back.
In the meantime, my other daughter’s bike needed service. He got that bike turned around same day so that I could pick up both bikes together, in time for the weekend, even though I know he was really busy.
That special, personal touch means so much. We will only be bringing our bike to Cisco Cycles from now on.

I stopped in to see how the place has turned out after the management change… The prices are still pretty good, (and the place is organized much better) Considering the former owner Phil was only charging a 10 percent mark up on bikes and no mark up on accessories!!! I picked up a pump that would have probably gone for double that price at any other specialty bike store. Looks like the new owner has his gear together!

I finally finished my 650b build after buying an Agogo-​Titanos frame from Cisco Cycles. I wanted to take the time to THANK Cisco for his guidance and direction.
After my build I attended a three-​day MTB ride in Dominican Republic (Tour de la Esperanza or Tour of Hope) and boy what an experience. My Agogo over delivered in handling, power transfer and responsiveness. I have not one single doubt that I will be enjoying this steed for years to come!
I highly recommend doing business with Cisco Cycles a place with honest, dedicated and experienced individuals in MA.

Cisco is one of those small local bike shops that you wish was in every neighborhood. They have all sorts of bikes from new, old, used, road bikes, mountain bikes and commuters. Everyone there is super friendly and very welcoming.
This is a great place to support and definitely worth going to over any larger/​big box store.

I was psyched to find a local shop with a mechanic like Cisco. He knows his stuff — has an incredibly broad experience with wrenching and racing, and best of all, is a fascinating guy to talk to. It’s hard to find a genius mechanic who is great with people.
Cisco helped me get dialed in on my TT position and I’m excited to have him handle my next build. His dealer relationship with Agogo is unique in the U.S. and from what I’ve seen the products are stellar. It’s great to have this resource in Framingham and I wish Cisco continued success!

New owners! New shop! Cisco is extremely knowledgeable. Bike shop sells quality new and used cycles at fair prices, and I was impressed with service. He totally revived and fitted my janky craigslist bike, made solid suggestions with no pressure, and was super friendly. So much better than previous owner. Tune ups are reasonable and he offers a discount in the fall. Support local independent business and ride safely.

I took my road bike in and Cisco trued the back wheel and made a few dérailleur adjustments while I waited. His work was perfectly done and reasonably priced. The shop is a friendly place to go and he seems to be very honest. He has the skills to work on pro bikes but is perfectly willing to fix a child bike. Nice to have a shop like this in the metrowest!

I was looking for basic products to update some bikes for my kids. Saw that Simple Living Bicycles is now under new ownership as Cisco Cycles and gave it a try. So glad I did!
Cisco had everything I needed (replacement pedals, seats, handlebar tape) at very reasonable prices, but even did better than just having a good variety. Instead of me going home to labor over this the rest of the weekend, Cisco did all of the updates for me, without a wait and at a price not to be matched anywhere near here.

Friday after work I rode my Agogo and Omg! That felt like such a sweet ride!!! Cisco bike feels amazing. I can tell the difference between this bike and previous. Actually, I can say AGOGO is the best bike I’ve ever had!!! …and I went over the bridge like it was flat! I felt like where’s the motor on this thing cause it sure didn’t feel like I was doing any effort !
