The Ivy Salon and Spa

This is a great salon. It has a very positive and relaxing atmosphere. I have been going to my stylist Jamie DiMarino for almost six years. I never leave disappointed, always have a great time and my hair always looks fabulous. Jamie is an amazing colorist, stylist and does wonders with hair extensions. I’ve also had my hair styled by Myriha Warman. She is so talented and such a sweetheart. I would recommend this salon to everyone!

Kristina did my eyebrows and I have to say I’m very happy! I have shaved mine off for years and have none. She has made them look very natural and it has softened my face. I would recommend her highly to anyone!

Came in today to get my hair done and I am so happy I picked this place. The inside is cute and the staff was super friendly. Nicole was my stylist and she did an amazing job! I was pretty nervous since I have only had my hair dyed once before and it didn’t turn out quite as I had imagined. I got a balayage and it turned out perfect; especially the way it blends and looks natural which was my concern from my previous experience. I highly recommend her and I am already sending a friend of mine her way. I couldn’t be happier and I’ll definitely be back in the future if I need anything done!

Just received my first hair cut at this salon. I had Nicole, whom is super sweet and nice. I loved how detailed she was with asking how I wanted my hair. I was skeptical/​scared of going to a new hair stylist however after the awesome job Nicole did I actually can’t wait for my hair to grow back so I can make my next appointment. The receptionist was really nice too! The salon was clean, decorated very cute, and smelled so good. I highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for a nice relaxing and inviting environment.

Kristina Ford rocks! Everyone loves my new brows, especially me! They are four days old now and close to being done. I can’t wait to see the final result! I had my brows done several times before but never returned to the other ladies because I was not so impressed with the work. The brows were okay and I had to powder over them anyway. I will be returning to Kristina for touch-​ups because I really like the 3-​D effect. Kristina took care to measure and check many times that the shape was right. She paused to listen when I had questions or input. She made sure I was comfortable and she was easy to talk to. I showed off my brows at my nephew’s barber shop. My niece and the other three girls commented that they were «right on point.» One girl said they look real as opposed to the ones I powder on. That is a great compliment. I won’t wait so many years to get touch-​ups and I am going to return soon for eyeliner. Thank you, Kristina! I will post a picture if I can figure out how to do it.

I had permanent eyebrows done with Kristina last week and I can’t tell you how amazing they look! Kristina took her time in measuring and penciling in my new brows prior to going to work with the needle. She mentioned right away that I have deep-​set eyes :(but told me that by adding on to the tops of my eyebrows and subtracting some from the bottom she could open them up and draw my eyes out more and it worked!
Prior to going in and having them done some of my coworkers teased me saying that my eyes would be swollen, I would have dark black eyebrows, etc when I came into work the next day and, happily, they were wrong. I didn’t have any swelling and, while it is true that they will be darker than the finished product initially, they were not strange looking in any way.
Kristina numbed the area first when she started and I hardly felt anything while she worked. I would not describe the process as painful. It felt like someone was scratching at my skin somewhat and I didn’t feel much else.
This past week at I have received sooooo many compliments about my eyebrows, including from people who had no idea they were tattoos. One coworker said, «Your brows are absolutely stunning!» I laughed and told her that they were tattoos and she was amazed. Best part is I no longer have to pencil them in in the morning or worry if they have faded off while I am at the gym, they simply look great all the time!

The girl who cut my hair is named Mariah. She was wonderfully social and knew what she was doing. I have naturally curly hair and have not liked any of the previous hair dressers I have tried. My sister is a hairdresser and has been the only person who actually did my hair correctly until now. Mariah made sure that she was doing what I had asked and made my hair look wonderful. The prices at the salon are very affordable also. For a hair cut and blow out it was only 45. Ive never seen such low price along with staff that actually know what they are doing. Loved Mariah and I am planning on going back.

Brooke is amazing! Natural talent and a very good idea of what u want. Talks you through all your wants and comes out with a bang! Just AMAZING!

I decided to try The Ivy Salon and I’m so glad I did! My appointment was with Tracy, and let me tell you, she is the BEST!!! I have never received a better highlight and cut in my life. She is the nicest person and so easy to talk to. I have found my new hair stylist! You must go to Tracy, you will be so happy you did.

Came into the salon to fix a bad bleach job. Nicole fixed it and OMG YAAAS!!! she’s the queen. She fixed it without damaging my hair.

Myriha is hands down, my most favorite hair stylist. She does an amazing cut and color, and fulfills all my crazy ideas on how to do hair next. She’s so personable and I completely look forward to seeing her every 8 weeks for our therapy sessions. Everyone is the salon is also very nice and welcoming, always making sure the clients are comfortable. Not to mention how clean and modern the facilities are. One of my other favorites is the boutique section they have. An assortment of earrings, purses, rings, even beautiful kimonos and scarfs. I never leave without purchasing one of the many beautiful pieces they have.
I have to say is that if I could I would rate 10 stars, I would for an all around beautiful one stop shop. I am very happy that I found them, and I will not be going anywhere else for any of my hair care needs. These ladies are the best in the business!!!

I have been going to Nicole for about 12 years now. She is simply amazing! Whether it’s a color or cut, my hair always comes out looking healthy and beautiful thanks to her! Nicole always takes the time to listen to what I want and truly cares about her clients. The salon is beautiful and has a very professional and warm atmosphere. All of the stylists are very friendly and very good at what they do. If you are looking for a truly amazing hairdresser, not to mention one of the kindest and most caring people you will ever meet, Nicole is the perfect choice!

I’ve come here many times to get my hair done with my 3 girls. I have always enjoyed relaxing in the chair getting beautiful and leaving feeling like a new person. I like to leave with an extra something for myself from their skincare products. It never fails with all the compliments I get leaving an amazing haircut and color from our «rockstar» Nicole.

Myriha is the best stylist you can ask for! Worked me in very last minute and was a delight to talk with. I will be back! I have found my stylist soulmate!

I absolutely LOVE this salon. As a FORMER hairdresser, it is SO HARD to find someone that I truly love to do my hair. Nicole and Jamie have both cut my hair. I would even dare to call them both the ‘bob queens’ as I truly am a snotty perfect a-​line bob wearer. I’ve gone from black to light brown to light brown with highlights and I’ve never left disappointed. Tracy and Myriah have both given me ‘bubblicious’ blowouts that last for days. If you’re trying to ‘walk-​in’ for a haircut, chances are, you wont get in the same day because people that are good (this goes for any salon, not just the Ivy) are booked. Not only are all the girls really good at hair here, the more you come in, the more you feel like family. I’ve come in with my 11 month old baby and everyone ooh’s and aaah’s over her, making me feel SO WELCOMED! Do you know how nice it is to feel comfortable at a salon with a baby in tow?!! This really is THE ONLY salon I’ll ever go to. Thanks ladies!!!

What an absolutely fabulous experience I have had with the Ivy Salon. The amazingly talented Mariah the day for my daughter’s wedding. Not only did she spend time teaching me how to care for and still my own post cancer hair Mariah took hair falls styling them to look marvelous and I had never look nor felt better since the onset of my illness or recovery I cannot tell you compliments I received. For the first time and more than 15 years I looked in the mirror and saw someone that I recognized someone that made me smile and I have to think for that. The prices are extremely reasonable my hair and I have found a new home you need only go to the Ivy and ask for Mariah

Nicole has saved my hair not once but twice!
I took part in the Ivy’s grand opening special when they first opened. Nicole had to cut off a couple inches after a botched hair relaxer incident. LOL
I was on a reality tv show for 3 months and Nicole was my go-​to for the blow dry and flat-​ironing the show required me to have.
Whenever I have «celebrity» clients in town, I send them Nicole before their photoshoot. Both of my kids see Nicole as well.
My head is a mess… bi-​racial, thinning, kinky curls, etc. She’s the only person I trust with my hair!
Salon is spotless, well designed and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend.

She takes time to listen to what you want, or if your in the mood for something new, she is knows about the latest styles and she is a blessing for any girl! I needed a new cut and color and she was happy to help me, and i receive compliments ALL DAY on my hair! If i could give 10 stars i would, Renee is truly the one and only hair girl you need! Bit of a long story. Called here in December looking for someone to do my hair for my work Christmas party. They completely worked with me even though I called last minute. Then my girlfriend decided she wanted to get her hair done but unfortunately they couldn’t fit both f us in so I ended up canceling the appointment. I decided I wanted to actually go and try them another time since they were so accommodating.
Fast forward to June when I actually got around to trying them out. Walked in on a Friday and made an appointment for the next day even though I’m pretty sure they could have taken me then. I was in the middle of errands though so I opted for the next day. Showed up a bit early for my appointment and was taken back almost right away. My hair came out exactly how I wanted it to and I was out in a flash. Definitely will be coming back.
