Sackin Team

I’ve done five transactions (both buying and selling) with The Sackin Team and wouldn’t ever use another realtor. The whole team give 200%. My last transaction, a purchase, was a little more difficult, but there were there for me for everything – even getting and screening for a tenant.
The Sackin Team knows there stuff and they are more than one person working part-​time out of their house. They have a super team – Stephanie the office manager is perfect — and work ²⁴⁄₇. Yes, they are trying to make commissions, but they are truly passionate about real estate and have always looked out for my best interests. Do they know what the market is going to do down the road — of course not – nobody does and you can only trust yourself when it comes down to the final choice – buy or sell – i’ve always considered everyone’s feedback but in the end it’s always my decision and gut feeling — no realtor can do that for you — only guide you the best they can along the way – and i’ve always felt confident The Sackin Team does that for me.

I don’t expect much from sales people whether it is Home Depot shelf stockers or realtors because 1. They are after their interests and not your own and 2. Southern California natives aren’t known to for honest, trustworthy mannerisms. My review is based on the national norm, not the tolerance of pretentiousness and phony arrogance that LA and OC considers acceptable.
With that caveat in mind, here’s another: these people are manipulative and liars. I don’t see them loyal to those they represent, and if anything, manipulate buyers and sellers for their own interests.

My aunt is looking to sell, my cousin and I were in search of someone who could help my aunt get what she wants and someone who knows the business, well we got just that and more Scott is a professional and very knowledgable he did his homework on the homes that will up for sale and had a wonderful presentation when we met him he is the best of the best out there we should know we interviewed other choices and none of them could compare to what he has to offer my aunt and family are looking forward to working with the Sackin team :)

I have bought and sold 5 times with them. Inmy 20 plus years of owning there have always been the quote neighborhood specialist, always really nice and at my door every month or two with their notepads but when it comes time to buy or sell we’ve always called Team Sackin. it’s not just Scott and Phillip, it’s all the people they surround themselves with. the office staff, the painters, landscapers, carpet cleaners they are all the best in their fields, they even have a person to come in and make your house look like a model home just arranging and using your own stuff. Our last house sold in one day with seven offers all above asking price. not only was that great but that means a lot of work for the team to pick the best most qualified offer, all while helping us into our new house and offer. I know of friends that went with other agents and had so much go wrong. All the friends that I have referred have came back to me with so many great stories .I hope I never need them again but I will always spread the word. Team Sackin Rules!

We worked with Lane Stone at Sackin Team to purchase our first home. He always did his best to keep us informed and happy and continued to fight for us! He was as excited as we were to own our first home.
Post-​Closing we discovered that there were subterranean termites in our walls and we called Lane to ask what our options were. Without hesitation, he called the termite company, called the structural board and assured us that he would make sure the issue was resolved. So far, we’ve experienced excellent client service!
Team Sackin understand what good service is and will go above and beyond for their clients!

This team of realtors is THE BEST at walking clients through a great deal when you’re in the market for a home. They’re also great at follow up and referrals to other businesses you might need, such as home improvement contractors, mortgage brokers, and all the rest. Very professional.
