I called for an estimate to clean my travertine shower. Kevin came out and completed a thorough inspection. Because I’m pretty handy, he proceeded to tell me how I could fix the issue myself and even provided instructions. He said to call call him if if didn’t work and he would come out and fix it. He did all this without any charge. He put my financial concerns above his own financial gain. I would definitely recommend and call Kevin and Residue Free.

These guys are great! My carpet looks and feels spic and span clean. After being «taken» by another carpet company, I had a ton of questions. Kevin, (I think) was awesome by answering all my questions. He was straight with me and told me exactly how it was.
They were on time and very professional. Took about 2 hours to clean the carpets. More than the 30 min hack job I got from the last one. Carpet looked great, smelled good. Especially my daughters room where our dog «tinkled.»
Overall excellent service. Will recommend to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.

If you are looking for the best customer service, polite, kind, professional people, quality work and need help right away this is the service to use. My microfiber sectional was in desperate need of a good deep cleaning. I had two parties to host and I was about to buy a new set of couches until this service came to our rescue! I wish I took a before and after picture because it would have made a great commercial! The original clean beige color came to life and the ugliness disappeared! They even cleaned my area rug as an added bonus! I love these guys!!! I highly recommend this service and will continue to refer my family and friends!!!

I was at a Christmas party at a beautiful home in HB and I spilled red wine on a white arm chair! Thank goodness Sean from Residue Free was there as he was able to get the red wine out of the cushions and the chair in no time. Residue Free provided me with a Christmas miracle and They will always be my first choice for carpets as well as upholstery.

I had Residue Free come in and clean stone surfaces — around sinks, around a tub and two showers at my parents’ home in Orange County. I knew the surfaces were mostly pretty clean, just a couple of water spots to be removed. I was shocked at how different the counters and showers looked after Kevin of Residue Free worked on them. They shine brightly now. They are coming back to clean some of our carpets tomorrow. I definitely recommend them for stone surfaces. I’m sure the carpets will look great too.

Amazing company! Very professional! They returned my call the same day. I had a quote for the job within 24 hours. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule on very short notice. Best of all, the realtor was so impressed with their work, she will now recommend this company for tile and grout cleaning to her customers.

My kitchen floor was 100 shades darker (lots of accumulated dirt) than the travertine it was supposed to be. I started cleaning it and it was just too back breaking, I think I only got through 4 tiles. They came out a day after I called and OMG, the floor looks great. They have the pics on their website. It was an amazing difference once everything was cleaned and sealed. I recommend them for both tile work and rug cleaning. I have used them since moving down form norcal over the past 4 years. I give them 2 thumbs up and 2 snaps :).

I won’t use anyone else to clean our carpets and upholstery. We had used other companies before finding RF, and they were always trying to upsale us on unneeded chemicals, ridiculous prices, I was very uncomfortable. That is not the case here at all. Residue Free has been to our home at least 5 times. When my son was in kidney failure he unfortunately vomited for the two years until his transplant so they were here a lot. They always took such special care and dealt with a lot of stains on our light carpet and sofa and they still look great. Very honest and I am very comfortable around them as a young mom, they have been in our home without anyone here multiple times. I give my 100% recommendation.

So this is my first Unilocal review. I am a very busy professional and expect the same with anybody I work with. My home fell out of escrow and needed the carpets cleaned. They couldn’t come the day I asked, I explain the situation and they made room for me. They arrived early, moved furniture with care, and absolutely did every inch and every difficult section or the floor. Came out like new after 3 years. They are hands down the best. Prices are absolutely competitive and worth every cent. I will be referring them to everyone and will use them as long as I live. I can’t say enough good things about the owner and his crew.
