review well over due ive been coming here for 5 yrs Phillip and his team are amazing there very knowledgeable they make you feel like family and always follow back up like they promise I moved to Norwalk but will continue my business here they cover both my cars and renters insurance the rates are great. get a quote you guys

My son found Phillip on line because of his excellent reviews. His wife bought a new car on Saturday, no one was open to give a quote except Phillip. They are very professional, efficient and nice. The rate was the best compared to AAA and others. He was very happy with the service. So I transferred my policy and my daughter’s policy over too. I love the $ 25 gift card if you refer some friend or family. Phillip and his crew are very knowledgeable, eager to help. He is by far the best agent I have ever known, no wonder he is #1 in west coast! I would recommend him to all my friends and family knowing 100% sure that they will be happy too.

Phillip and his team at PhilGood Insured are always very friendly and attentive to my needs. They are very informative in regard to my coverage and let me know which plans work best for me with the amount of driving I do for work. During my most stressful times (i.e., when I got into a car accident), Phillip and his team went above and beyond to let me know that they were there to support me.

The staff here is very knowledgeable. They know what they’re talking about. The customer service is phenomenal and how they’ve continue to follow up to make sure all questions and corners are covered.

I guess its about time i give this place a review after all its been 5 years maybe since I been with them lol. Philipp was recommend to me by my sister. We switched all of our cars to statefarm and the experience could not have been any better. Id like to give a shout out to philipp and his team they are very amazing they have the best customer service and responds quickly to all questions. I opened another statefarm policy and my other agent is not as nearly as good as philipp and his team are. they are all easy to get a hold of and entertains all of my ridiculous questions. when i have problems on my bills or trying squeeze out a lower bill they are all always willing to help and do the research on what they can do to make me happy. I dont see myself ever leaving statefarm I recommend Philipp to all my friends and family and most of my family has statefarm with philipp as their agent and they are happy as well. I’ve been with state farm for over twenty four years and Phil Ngo’s agency is the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Office staff is top notch and 100% customer service oriented. I highly recommend this agency.

Don’t know where to start. Are your questions something like: 1) would I get a better price? 2) Are the service/​coverage good? 3) Are they genuine? Simple answers… YES YES and YES. Remember you get what you paid for and Phillip Ngo and his staff will be there to educate you on any questions you have so you know what you sign up for. If your bills/​payments make you think, his staff will be there to provide you an answer.
1) Besides the obvious of the higher premium you pay, the more coverage you will get. Phillip Ngo and his team will be there for you to explain what you are paying for. If you are a good students /​drivers, how you may get a reduce price, etc…
2) Service/​coverage are very quick and straightforward. Any questions? Just ask his office staff and they guide you on what to do if you ever run into a situation.
3) Are they genuine? Well let just say Phillip and his staff contribute to various community groups so people are educated. Ie., the annual Tet Festival (
) or the annual leadership camps (
) Phillip and his staff would be there offering resources from giving advice to students to people on how to save money or investing for the long life retirement plans, etc…

I ended up saving $ 40 a month on my auto insurance with these guys and the customer service I had with Mia was excellent. I’m very happy with my coverage which is more for a cheaper premium. Mia explained to me everything I needed to know about my coverage and she was very friendly and patient yet professional. Phillip introduced himself to me and he was very warm and friendly as well. They take good care of you and are very thorough. This is the best experience I ever had with auto insurance. I’m a happy camper!

I was referred to State Farm by a friend who has been a satisfied customer for many years. Her SF agent in WA connected me with Phillip and I’m sure glad he did! Phillip has been the only insurance agent who has taken the time to explain (in detail) what the different coverage’s actually meant and how it applies to real life situations. Okay I’ve never been to their office or met any of them but I’m still EXTREMELY impressed.
Requested a quote online (literally like 30 minutes ago), at the end I was prompted to «call to buy» so I did. My quote was quickly processed by a man who I forgot the name of but lives a few blocks away from me.

My experience with Phillip Ngo State Farm has been spectacular. Phillip is passionate in what he does and his team reflects that. State Farm is a great insurance company to be with. They are fast in responding to my claims and gotten my vehicle fixed in no time.
Prices are among the lowest around and I love a good bargain. The team took the time to look into my policy to maximize discounts which saved me hundreds.
I love visiting the office. It is spacious and orderly. There is a guest area with xbox video games and other cool toys that will make you forget this is an insurance office.
I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I currently have my home, auto and life insurance with Phillip Ngo and have been a customer for 3 years. He and his team go out of their way to provide great service and make sure you are taken care off. When getting quotes for my insurances, they were able to eek out all the discounts but asked lots of questions to make sure I was properly insured, I definitely learned more about what insurance is/​does!

Honestly, you’re basically putting the future of your lives in the hands of someone else when you are purchasing insurance, so don’t you want to know that you’re putting it in the RIGHT HANDS?
If you’re price sensitive, don’t worry, Phillip and his team will carefully sculpt your policy to fit your needs AND budget.
If you’re looking for amazing customer service, look no further because, come on… what other insurance agent will give you their personal cell phone number to text and call at any time of day?! No, he’s not going to pop up if you do the State Farm jingle… in the middle of your shower, but it’s pretty darn close!
The office is also open late on weekdays too, so there’s even time for people who work during the week — to come in OR speak over the phone. Also, there are people in the office who speak Vietnamese and Spanish too.
It really doesn’t hurt to call to get a quote, it’s like the most painless experience from calling an insurance company. I can even assure you, even if you don’t end up purchasing, you’re going to at least walk away with a great understanding of insurance, so at least you won’t get swindled elsewhere! It’s like, free insurance schooling lol.
Seriously, Phillip even gives free financial reviews and retirement planning GUHHHH…

Unexpected things happen in life man… just don’t wait until it’s too late.

My auto premium with Mercury Insurance skyrocketed. They wanted an arm, leg, and a left boob if they really could; or maybe my first born. I knew I had to look for new coverage.
One of my friends referred me to Phillip Ngo-​State Farm. I contacted the office and within a couple days I was able to get a quote and squared away with higher coverage for a few hundred less than my previous carrier. I was able to conveniently do everything over the phone and email.
My parents and siblings also switched over to State Farm through Phillip’s office. We were assisted by Vince who was well-​spoken, informative, and very personable. He kept in touch with us through the whole process and made it a breeze. He also really tried looking into ways we could save money which my family and I totally appreciated. He speaks both English and Vietnamese and was able to answer all questions my mom and I had about the different coverages and how it works.
