Can you believe in all my years of using Unilocal to find the best restaurants and services, I’ve never posted a review? And it’s for one very good reason. Her name is Jenny.
I have had my share of nail spas… the good, the bad and the very ugly. The search stopped when I met the best nail technician EVER. Yes, EVER! Jenny is a gel manicure magician. I have been her client for the past 2+ years and I see her every two weeks (wish I met her sooner). Not only is she my manicurist, but I also consider her my personal therapist– I mean friend :).
She is very friendly, patient and understanding. She gets my manicures right, EVERY TIME. I always get a ton of compliments on my nails, even after the second week! I don’t even pick out a color anymore, I trust her judgment that much.
Jenny’s new to N&N Nail Spa, but not new to the business, (as I follow her where ever she goes). Please show Jenny some love and book her for a gel manicure and their other services. Then you will understand why this is my first post on Unilocal (yes, she’s that good!). She will become your favorite!

My first time at N&N the spa is clean and the staff is very friendly. I’m happy tht k found Jenny who was a former employee of Art Nails in Santa Ana. Jenny always knows exactly what I want. I would defiantly recommend this nail spa.

It’s really more of a 3.5 for this place but it’s a hit or miss. I came here after work on a weekday and there weren’t that many customers. That’s actually the best time to go since they pay more attention to you and examine your nails more carefully. I was very pleased with my gel mani this time because the technician (didn’t get her name unfortunately) took her time to make sure my nails were evenly filed and even removed a coat of the polish when she felt like it wasn’t «perfect» for the UV lamp.
Also, N&N has the best price for gel manis in the area ($ 20 for reg color, no design), which is why I keep coming back.

This spot is my go to nail salon. I leave satisfied every time. The owner and all the workers are really friendly and attentive. I usually call for an appointment before because sometimes it could get really busy. There are many gel and regular polish colors to choose from. Prices are very affordable for the great work that they do. I’m a regular here and I don’t intend on going anywhere else!

Came here directly from the airport, 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night. I called first and they said they would be able to take me. I was desperate for a Mani/​pedi because I had two events to go to that same weekend. They’re actually open pretty late for a nail salon (til 8pm). Even though it was almost closing time they still had a lot of clients. I had 2 aestheticians working on my hands and feet and I never felt rushed. They did a great job cleaning up my cuticles and Phuong-​my did a cute design on my nails based off a picture I found. Seems like they can do a lot of unique designs so I’ll have to try out something more detailed next time ;) Overall great experience, great staff, and only $ 30 bucks for a spa mani pedi with design. Only real downside is they don’t have as many color options as other salons and carry mostly OPI and ORLY (no Essie). But I think they have a lot more gel options. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been here numerous times and I’ve always left satisfied. Vicky is hilarious and is great at everything she does. My personal favorite manicurist is Ngan, and for pedicures I’m not particular to anyone because they’re all amazing! The entire staff is super friendly and funny, and they even offer a special discount to students with a certain GPA. They also have a stamp card (every 5 stamps you get a free pedicure!!) that gets filled pretty easily if you get your nails done a lot. The atmosphere and energy in the salon is great, and they have a flat screen tv that sometimes shows the Ellen DeGeneres show (I love her!!).
P. s. My entire family comes here, and they love it!

I had some time to kill in the area and Unilocaled for a place to get a fill on my nails. It was after 5pm and most places were closed– this place had good reviews and was open:) I went in expecting a wait but was sat down right after picking out my polish. I was asked only once if I wanted gel nails. After I wasn’t asked multiple times-​yay! Most places push and ask thru out the whole service. I didn’t get his name, but he sit towards the back and is very nice. He did a quick and beautiful job! If I’m ever in the area again would def go back:)

Katie did a great job! I’ve always had a bad history with nail technicians pulling on my cuticles harshly and causing it to bleed. But not Katie! She was gentle and took her time. Super friendly and nice.
They have so many colors to choose from, from regular to gel polishes!
Definitely will come here again :)

Everyone at the salon does amazing work. Their gel lasted 3 weeks on my nails! And their acrylics always look amazing and more natural than any I’ve ever had.

This is my go to nail salon!
I make an appointment each time I need to get my nails done and they’re always attentive with time.
For acrylic I always have Vicky do my nails (she’s the best!), and for gel mani & pedi I don’t mind who does it because I’ve never left here dissatisfied.
The staff is super friendly and funny, which is why I love coming here. Not to mention this place is clean and spacious, making it relaxing when getting pampered.

Rachel never disappoints me !!! she does an amazing job on my gel manicures. she takes her time and she is very gentle … & her massages are amazing: D

I absolutely hate it when my gel nails chipped within a couple days. They always skimp out on generously applying gel polish on the tips of my nails. This is why I have been to multiple nail salons and never finding the best one. On to the next one yet again.

I found this place by chance when my usual nail salon was unable to fit me in — I came in for an acrylic fill and then returned a few times after to get another fill/​full set.
Usually when I get acrylics, I just get regular nail polish on top because it lasts very long so I don’t see a benefit to getting gel. What I liked about n&n is that they make sure that my nails are completely dry before I leave, which might take a while but I’m so clumsy and I hate when I accidentally ruin my nails RIGHT after I got them. After I was helped, I was continually checked up on to see how dry my nails were. They took time to make sure I was satisfied with the shape of the nails and the opacity of the color.
The staff’s really nice and it was cool to see how they interact with the other customers, they’re really chatty and engaged in their clients so I definitely noticed regulars each time I went back.
The only downside was that when I got my acrylics removed here to get a new set, they did a different method of removing them that I’m not used to — they removed them without using any acetone soak so the pain level was passed my threshold…

Soooooo amazing! This place has great talent and beautiful people. You should only go to this nail salon, I feel as though I love here. I come four times a month and always receive perfection.

I came here with my friend, we didn’t have an appointment, both attended immediately and nicely.
I’m very impressed with this place I have been to many places and I’m always somewhat disappointed. This place has very talented people. I suggest doing acrylics here if it’s your first time getting your nails done. Idk about their manis and pedi since all I got was a full set with gel.
Prices are very reasonable, $ 20+ depending on length plus $ 10 of you want gel. Total $ 35 for me plus $ 10 tip for amazing service by Andy and the lady with the desk in front of his. (Also I think to get shape you have to have at least $ 20 – 25 nail length.
Andy is very funny he just got back from Oklahoma that day I can tell he was very tired but had a very outgoing/​positive attitude! He glued and cut my nails and passed me to the lady! I feel terrible for not remembering her name because she’s amazing! Honestly, I asked for coffin but more than half way through I wasn’t satisfied, I felt terrible she had to go back w powder and reshape everything! Omg I would’ve been so pissed! I knew she was kind of mad but still seemed very patient. After she shaped my nails Andy painted them, great paint job, no gaps or flaws what so ever.
I’ve had my nails for 3 weeks perfect condition (besides them growing out)
Keep in mind I work at a boba shop where I’m constantly using blenders and cleaning!
The thickness of the nail/​powder is perfect not too thick where it looks gross if u look at them flat and not too thin where it’s gonna break
Love this place can’t wait to come back for a fill.

First time getting my nails done here. I came at 11 and there was no wait. I got a nice pink gel color with gold on each ring finger. Perfect match for the dress I’m wearing at my work Christmas party. Went with my friends and they all got acrylic nails. I liked that the lady gave me so many layers. The only problem was that the nail dryer hated me and only worked if I held my hand in a certain position haha. I went through three machines to dry my nails XD
They have a $ 5 off check in and gel nails are only $ 10. Yay.
Staff are very nice Vietnamese people. Probably bc I’m Vietnamese too so they can’t say much haha.
The Drive is pretty far and I don’t get my nails done like ever. Probably a one time visit. But I like the way my nails turned out! :)

Great atmosphere, great prices and great service

My friend and I were to go to a different nail salon, but it was so crowded. Luckily, this place was three minutes away and not crowded at all! We were seated immediately and the nail salonists began working. I wanted a fill for my acrylics with new gel polish and shape. I had a young male working on mine and it was the first time I encountered a male nail salonist. I didn’t get his name, but he is super good! He takes his time to make sure you’re getting what you want and I was done about an hour later!
The price was super cheap too for this kind of service. Will be coming back!
