Just called with just some basic tax questions and this older sounding man answered. He would answer, then mumble something about some exception or why what he JUST said might not be true. He also kept chasing me off the phone, insisting he had other clients waiting for him and I was wasting time over the phone. Real stellar service there H & R…

Came in today to get my taxes done, walked in at 4:30p.m. No one is at the front desk, I took a seat and waited.
I immediately hear the voice of an older gentleman that was helping a lady, and so I decided I would just wait… 25 minutes pass and he’s still helping her out. Then the phone rings and I hear a voice of a lady pick up the phone. Uhhh but where are you? And why have I not been helped yet?
At this point it’s been 35 minutes and I decided to call their number, first of all their number on this Unilocal if for a different H&R location, 40 minutes, no one has made eye contact with me, or even greeted me, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Also to the nice lady on the phone, she was wonderful, even offered me to go to her location if needed, too bad she wasn’t working at this one or they would’ve had some extra cash thrown their way.

Came in on Feb 28 and got the free 1040ez done. Lisa was the one who assisted me and she was very thorough! They do ask lots of question since they want to maximize your return. I had lots of questions and Lisa answered all of them. I totally recommend her to everyone and anyone if you need your tax to be done!
