Easy to work with and friendly customer service! I needed a part for my differential and Cat ended up reaching to the furtherest depths and corners of earth to find this darn thing. Thanks to Cat and everyone who helped!

Got a Garrett Turbo from FR Sport. What made it even more convenient was that they had all the terminal washers, bolts, fittings all in one place so I did not have to go to various places to find all the extra paraphernalia need for the install.
What made the experience a five star one was ADAM! Very helpful, informative, understanding, patient, experienced and pleasant. In today’s world that is something that is hard to find. Great Employee! Great Attitude! I will be visiting this business again.

Worst customer service. My husband went to pick up rear hubs. He used his credit card, but used my Amazon shipping information. The employee refused to give him parts he paid for, even with an email confirmation and ID with the same address as my Amazon shipping information. This was at 4. My husband was told he had to go get me in order to get parts he paid for. An hour later we are back and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for one of the employees out of the 2 that were visible in the back to assist us. Turns out it was the same employee who greets us with «oh you are back»! He then checks my ID and then goes into the back and spends at least another 5 minutes in the back. Now I would think that the parts would have been ready to go, since we already tried to pick them up, but no we had to wait for them to be retrieved! The employee then has me sign for them and NEVER checks the credit card used or CC ID. So apparently you can use anyones credit card, as long as your shipping name matches what’s on file then you can walk out with parts you never paid for. If factory replacements were available we would have never purchased from here. Unfortunately we didnt have a choice.

Sent me the wrong item. When called out about it they sent me a link to an item that looked similar to the one I ordered but wasn’t what I wanted. Then when called out about sending me the wrong one a second time they state «the original item you ordered did say that it may not be the item pictured.» Excuse me what? What the hell is the point of having pictures of the item if it isn’t the correct one!!! Then when I told them I wanted to return it they refused to send me a packaging label to return it and stated «we will not send you a return shipping label but we will waive the 20% restocking fee.» Ohhhh perfect so I’ll spend more money so I can still not have the item I ordered! Scam artists to say the least. It also took me calling them out on fb to receive a response from anyone.

I was waiting for my short hub for my car but it was backordered. I was very impressed with the customer retention that I received from Justin and Tony bc I was getting worried. They were informative and very helpful and kept their word that they would keep me updated once my order was shipped out. As soon as they followed up with me that my hub was shipped, I got my part the following business day. I’ve been shopping with FRSport for only a short while but these two made my shopping experience with them even much better. Thanks Justin and Tony! :)

I’ve always had a good experience with FRSport, there customer service is on point and deliveries are speedy and on time, I’d like to say thank you specifically to Justin and Tony for always having a smile on there face while bringing my goodies to the front desk every time I’m there. They handle the products as if they were there own and have never received a damaged product. thanks FRsport!

Waited in the lobby for 40 minutes to make an exchange. I guess calling ahead of time and taking care of all the information before hand didn’t help. What a waste of my time.

These guys are so helpful! Been in and out several times and transactions and service have always been great. They are more than happy to point out safety issues and help correct them.

Always a pleasure doing business here. Great customer service from notifying when parts are in stock and ready for will-​call pickup. If you are not local. Their shipping is pretty expedite for next day delivery if parts are in stock. If you are trying to get those hard to find authentic parts. This is the shop to go to.

I’m writing about how bad their customer service was. Ordered a tial flange adaptor in September and was told it was going to take a couple weeks. Came to FRSport in the middle of October and was told it was going to take another 2 weeks or so. After that visit they said that they were going to call me back the next day but I never got a call. So waited another two weeks for a call and didn’t hear from them at all. So I emailed FRSport a couple of days ago and they said the tial flange adapter might arrive in December. I was like forget it and asked for a refund. I usually don’t like giving these kind of reviews but I just didn’t like how FRSport handled things. They never updated us through email or even a call. Work on your customer service skills please.

–I own a 1995 Nissan 240sx s14. And I live in San Jose, CA. It’s pretty hard looking for parts for this car. I called in on Tuesday and I spoke with Adam. Seriously this place is amazing. He was very nice and friendly. I order a ACT 4 Puck unsprung clutch. I also asked if he could get send me it through express shipping.
–He told me he didn’t have one but would try his best to find one through some warehouse. 1 hour later he calls and says he got one and it would take two days but I had to order it before 12pm. Which i couldn’t because of school. So I ordered later on during the day. He said it would arrive by Friday.
–Couldn’t be more satisfied which the service. I came home from work and it was thier. On time just like promised. Seriously going to continue doing business with Adam and FRSPORT.

I recently ordered a part from them and it turned out I didn’t need it. It was brand new as I never installed it so I asked the business whether I could return it. They said no, despite no visible return policy online. Then, I asked the associate whether I could exchange for something else. The answer was still no and he said return policy for this item was at the bottom of the page. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I checked after I went home only to find out that this was a LIE. There was nothing indicating that this item is non-​refundable. It was not a special order — just a regular store item.
So before you order from these guys, beware that you may be stuck with whatever you ordered DESPITE they NEVER said it’s no refund!

Pretty typical of a web-​based «tuner» business. Double-​checked shipping price and was confirmed. Placed order then received email stating shipping would be 1,100% higher. Have they never shipped a hood before? Went there to get it and it took literally 15 min to run a CC. Home depot can run a charge in like 10 seconds…
Next, went into chat with them about buying seats. Started OK then they stopped communicating after the second question. $ 4000 sale dictates you work with me, OK?
They suck but the good thing is there’s other places that operate responsibly. Bubbye

My experience at Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge was amazing.
It started with a call back by Jerry and he assured me it was worth my time to come in and check out the car I was looking for. Indeed it was the best price I could find anywhere!!!
When I came down there Jerry was very knowledgeable, helpful, non pushy, especially being a woman it always takes the right mind set to get ready to take on the car salesmen! Jerry made me feel safe and confident. He had all types of extra tidbits that enhanced my experience but had nothing to do with him making the sale, just helpful for me as a buyer.

Bought a fastback top from these guys, defective finish, I was told I would get a new top… two months later I am told there is nothing they could do for me.

The customer service here is excellent. Recently called to check the availability of a handful of different parts and I spoke to Nicole — extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

I order online and my experience is great.

FRSport has yet to fail me when I need something quickly. Every single part I’ve needed so far they’ve had in stock and have had competitive pricing.
When I wanted my S14 window visors, I ordered it and a friend was able to pick it up for me same day. When I wanted my Energy Suspension Sway bar bushings, EGR block off plate and plug, I was able to drive there in the morning, pick up my parts and get the job done by the end of the day.
Customer service whenever I have gone in has also been great. Friendly guys at the counter willing to help you out.
This is my shop of choice and will remain that way as long as they keep up the good work.

Transaction with these guys have always gone smoothly. They rock what they sell and even suggest alternatives depending on your goals. I get most of my parts from these guys now because I know that the end of the sale is not the end of the support.
My most memorable experience of their customer service:
I wanted to buy an HKS Fan Controller. They suggested the Greddy MSS since it was cheaper and had more functionality — sweet, I thought, so got that instead. Not only did I get the controller, they also supplied me with the necessary wiring diagrams and ECU pinouts to help me install.
Saturday rolls around and I’m installing the fan controller. My car is completely tore up from making space for wiring and doing a couple other things at once… needless to say, the car wasn’t going anywhere soon.
Unfortunately, I find out the MSS had a cracked LCD screen, so I wouldn’t be able to complete my install. I called them up, luckily for me they work on Saturday, and within the hour, they drove to my house to drop off a new MSS controller. Granted I don’t live too far from them, but it was a really awesome thing to do.
