Very actually extremely impressed with how clean their garage is. I have to say this shop is definitely the real deal. Aspen provided great customer service as well and the overall experience was honest and efficient with very clean work. They use only the best selection and quality products on the market so it’s very easy to decide what to get. Two thumbs up.

After purchasing a new car, my husband and I were researching various companies that specialize in paint protection. Yes, Protective Film Solutions (PFS) is higher than many competitors, but you definitely get what you pay for. They provide quality work and stand by it. They specialize in exotics, so you know people put a lot of trust in their work.
We had the Xpel Ultimate Paint Protection Film put on the entire car. Aspen, who we were mainly in contact with was extremely professional, kept us in the loop with all details no matter how big or how small and always made us feel welcomed.
PFS has a quick turn around and specializes in films and wraps for your car.

There are some truly kind people in this world. I wanted to surprise my Husband with a roof decal on his Mini cooper that said 26.2. While I had called a few times to ask questions about the process I received such kind responses from both the owner Ryan and his Admin, Aspen, that I knew this was the right place. As I was chatting with Aspen and sharing the story of how my husband came to become a marathon runner and subsequently qualified for the Boston marathon (which is pretty amazing in itself) The owner Ryan was listening and so graciously said the decal was on the house! He said he wanted to encourage him and that hard work like that deserves something. I was so surprised and grateful at his generosity. The guys that made the decal and installed it were also very nice and knew what they were doing. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! But not before Ryan (the owner) took photos and will post them on instagram. I can’t wait for my husband to get home today so I can tell him this wonderful story and let him know that others are cheering him on to the finish line.

Had my husbands 2014 Porsche GT3 worked on at Protective. Xpel front end clear bra, Clear Plex windshield protection, and 3M Crystalline tint. The car came out amazing. The car got turned around on time as promised. Can’t say enough great things about the work they do. You hear horror stories about clear bra shops that don’t know what they are doing. This is not one of them. Highly recommend.

Got my BMW 5 series a clear bra. My clear bra had some bubbles so I brought it back in and the owner Ken got it fix very quick. Price was lower at here than most places. I was satisfied with the service. Aspen who works at the front desk was very helpful.

Cracked the front lip on my Porsche, Ryan was able to help me with a matching matte black wrap to hold me over until I got a new lip in. Go here for all your auto wrapping needs! Staff was friendly nice and helpful. Thanks.

I highly recommend Protective Film Solutions if you’re looking for a clear bra for your car. Ryan is knowledgeable and professional and really takes care of his customers. He is straightforward about the product and pricing — no shady sales pitch or upsell.
I called a number of shops and decided to make the drive to Orange County to have the work done at Protective Film Solutions. They have done over 30,000 clear bra installations and were working on 3 Porsches and a Lamborghini the day I went in so you know they’re legit. They also use XPEL Ultimate film which carries a 10-​year warranty.
Their staff is great and the office is clean and easily accessible. They have TV, WiFi and beverages if you are waiting for your car.

Went there recently to get a clear bra. The shop is very clean and the owner is very hospitable. Puts alot of detail into his work. Would definitely recommend to others.

Protective Film Solutions wrapped two of my cars (Tesla Model S and Chevy Volt) with Xpel Ultimate. Both turned out fantastic. Their after sales support is excellent since they have completed minor repairs to the wrap caused by road hazzards.
Their window tinting is excellent also.

Protective Film Solutions should be your only stop when you want quality clear bra. They treat all their customers like they all own supercars. I don’t own sadly, just a lowly 06 330ci.
I got a quote with Ryan for my car about a month or so before I was ready to do it. I just had my car repainted and they told me to wait a month before I can do clear bra so yeah. Anyways, he was very courteous and answered all of the questions I had. I told him that I had a custom front end, so that he would need to make a custom wrap with wrapped edges. They he went ahead and explained how he would tackle my car and walked me to the details. He didn’t make it seem like you had to buy it or anything which is nice. I could tell that he really loves what he does.
On the other hand, I also tried to get a quote from Elite Clear Bra, and the owner treated me like I was second rate. At first he gave me a general quote and was nice. But when I told him what car I drove, he pretty much became unresponsive. This was one of the reasons I went with PFS instead. Everyone I met there so far have been professional and courteous especially Aspen (I hope I spelled it right), Chase, and Mike. Those were the 3 people that helped me the rest of the way. Never saw Ryan again because he went to Europe.
I had to delay my appointment like 3x because of delays from my body shop. But PFS was totally cool about it and didn’t mind at all.
My installer’s name was Mike, and he did a great job. When I dropped off my car, he went through and told me how he would wrap my car and what worked and what didn’t based on his experience. If I wanted it done a certain way, I could tell him and he would try it which was nice. I wasn’t locked to just they way they wanted to do it. Obviously if they tried and still couldn’t do it like I wanted, then it is fine. But at least they tried, and it came out great I might add.
When you come to pick up the car, your installer (Mike in my case) will tell you want you need to look out for, how to protect/​clean it, and to not wash it in the first 24 or so hours. And if there is any problem whatsoever, just bring it back and they’ll take care of it. I’ve brought it back once to take care of some lingering bubbles and a defect on the film on one of my mirrors. They took care of it with ease. Great experience.
The Xpel Ultimate film is phenomenal. This is the clearest film I have ever seen. And the seams, you’d be hard press to even see them. I have vents on my hood where there would be the most seams to be seen. You can’t see it unless you literally stick your face in it. It’s totally worth every penny I spent on it, and the installers are great which makes it even more worth it. Also it has a 10 year warranty on the film AND labor.
Overally, I highly recommend them. Also, they don’t have that many reviewers on Unilocal for some reason. Which was almost why I didn’t go with them. But I took the chance anyways. I later found out that they have an Instagram and Facebook that they update way more than on here. There are tons of pictures of their work on there. Here’s the links:

Took my car in to get the Xpel protective film applied. Everything went well until I got home and realized that some of the work was not on par with what Ryan promised. Emailed/​called Ryan with some pictures, he quickly apologized and offered to fix it at their cost. Went back to the shop where he quickly took care of my car. Couple hours later, I received a call from Ryan saying that they were having issues fixing the problem. At this point, he offered me a monetary compensation which I accepted. Upon getting back home, I realized a part of the film that they re-​apply was already peeling off (5hrs later). I quickly email/​call Ryan/​Protective Film Solution multiple times throughout the week and have yet to receive a phone call/​email back. They do have lots of expensive cars there and I’m sure are doing a great job. Now I feel like my car wasn’t expensive enough to get great service. Customer service went from great (initially) to non-​existent (now).
Positive: Some parts of my car where the film is applied are looking great and flawless.
Monetary compensation for some issues with the job.
Customer service was good (at the beginning).
Let me use a loaner car while they were working on mine
Negative:
A part of the film is already peeling off (5hrs after application)
not answering my phone calls/​emails anymore.

Brought my Audi RS5 to Ryan’s shop for a full frontal Xpel Ultimate job and 3M Crystalline tint all around. I could not be happier with the products and especially the lights-​out service that Ryan and the team provide.
They went out of their way to accommodate my crazy schedule, provided a loaner vehicle, and were incredibly responsive to questions, emails, concerns, etc.
You simply cannot find a better tint & cleabra shop at any price in the area, in my opinion. And tint/​clearbra isn’t even their primary business! Their vinyl wrap jobs are immaculate as well (you will have to opportunity to observe several in progress in the job when you come by).

Ryan & protective film solutions were great to work with. Clearly knowledgable, Ryan had some great recommendations. I ended up doing clear bra, window tinting w/​3M crystalline, and blacking out most of the chrome on my Model S Tesla.
Ryan was flexible & helpful with my work schedule; finding solutions for my commute/​transportation. Throughout the process, he was responsive to my questions and had recommendations/​advice along the way…
They also have great experience with Teslas and highly recommend Protective Film Solutions to Tesla driver’s and anyone else who want professional & high quality work. They clearly take pride in their work and it shows.

I own a Scion FR-​S and just got my clear bra done by Ryan and his team. The installation took a bit of time but great detailed jobs requires time. He gave me the run down on the clear bra itself as well as the benefits of the Xpel Ultimate brand. Of course with all the time of the installation process, I was given a loner company car to arrive to work and back. When the installation was finished, it was perfect. Will definitely recommend to friends about the service and the company.

I recently had some body work done on my Audi S5, and had to have the full front clear bra (entire hood, front bumper and fenders) replaced. Ryan at Protective Film Solutions was awesome to work with. He gave me great advice on getting the body work done (where to go, what questions to ask, etc.), and even helped smooth over some issues that came up with the body shop. Once that was done, his team did a fantastic job on the clear bra installation. It looks even better than it did after the original film was installed, and was done more quickly too. Throughout the process, Ryan was very friendly and responsive. I’m really picky about who works on my cars, and I would have absolutely no hesitation to return to Ryan in the future.

If you want it done right, and professionally, Protective Film Solutions is the place to go. I brought my Tesla Model S to Ryan and he did a fantastic job. here are all of the pros:
–Very responsive via e-​mail, even text message.
–Let me borrow a loaner car during the day of my tinting job.
–Agreed to arrive to work early (8am) to accept my car and accommodate my schedule.
–Let me know as soon as the work as complete.
–Made good recommendations regarding tint shade, type, etc.
The car looks even more awesome than it did before. There was a Lambo in the garage when I picked up my car, which was yet another cue that this is the right place to bring your special baby. He can also apply a protective film on the entire car, which he showed me on a R8 they were working on, and was completely invisible.
Five stars hands down.

Ryan and his staff are by for the most knowledgeable and caring group of people i have head the pleasure of dealing with. The products they offer are of the highest quality and actually work! I had a clear bra, window tint and windshield «skin» put on my vehicle. 3 days later a rock from a passing construction truck bounced off the road onto my hood and then proceeded to strike my windshield. Thanks to Ryans recommendation for the windshield protection, he saved me from having to buy a brand new windshield and because of the full hood protection he had installed I did not even have to touch up or repaint my hood. If you are looking for a shop full of true masters at what they do along with very high integrity, I would and will tell everyone to call Ryan! I will be bringing my other vehicles here in the next few weeks for similar treatment!
