E-Tee Embroidery

I love this company and their staff. I had toiletry bags personalized with initials as Christmas presents and Eric patiently helped me choose the best font, size, and design for each bag. E-​Tee Embroidery did an exceptional job embroidering each bag. They are kind and professional and the bags were ready on time. I’d recommend E-​Tee Embroidery for all your embroidery needs.

Eric was very helpful and quick on designing and finishing the order for my company’s polo shirts. We communicated everything through e-​mail and I was nervous completing the order online because I cannot see how it looks like in person. He finished everything less than a week and when I picked it up it was how I imagined it would be.

This is my second time using this place. I used them a few years ago to get jackets and a blanket embroidered for my sorority little sis. I don’t remember the exact cost, but I remember it being much cheaper than any other places in the area. (I think it was about $ 80 for both jackets and blanket. And I had LOTS of embroidery done on the jackets.) They were also done very quickly; it only took about a week.
I just had 13 backpacks embroidered for a team that I coach. I had a design, team name, and individual names out on each back for only $ 10 per backpack. It was also a super fast turn around time; I dropped them off on Thursday right before closing time, and they were done by earlier Tuesday morning. The owner also carried to box to the car for me!
I would happily recommend them to anyone!

I tried to get my Greek letters done here. I have very unusual letters with heart cutouts, so I was prepared to be sent away if they couldn’t do it. They were very kind about it and even helped me to find a different place that could do my letters! Even though I didn’t get anything from here, I was very impressed with their customer service!
The place is a little difficult to find, the E-​tee Embroidery store is in building 6 if I remember right, but for Greek apparel and letters, you have to go to Alpha Greek located directly across in the next building. Apparently it’s owned by the same people.

Came here to get Greek letters done. The pricing is very reasonable. They do great work. The customer service is fantastic. They sat me down and ran over different color schemes with me as well as fonts. They were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very great experience. The only thing that bugged me, and bugged me a lot, is how long they took for my one jacket. They told me it would take about 1 ½ to 2 weeks because it was their busy part of the year. However, it took 3 weeks which I find to be a little discouraging. Check and see how long yours would take, if you are in a rush maybe seek elsewhere. Otherwise, if you have the time, this place is perfect for you.

I got my Greek letters done here once. I’ll come back again due to reasonable pricing and distance. Why I chose this place? It was closer than Keda (Torrance), Joy’s (Riverside), Rochies (Northridge), and Team Uniform (Puente Hills).
I am only reviewing on my one Greek letter jacket. I bought my own jacket in.

The turn around for my jacket was a week which was perfect timing. However, call to make sure the jackets can be done on time.

As a new resident to Huntington Beach finding your finding new favs for businesses is quite a journey. However, with Unilocal’s help (plug for Unilocal), I found an «embroidery» business that I will travel from anywhere to use. E-​Tee Embroidery!!! Their work is precise and the business ethics are above reproach. The embroidery work that I need done at times is to be perfect without exceptions. They full-​fill my expectations. With their professional, patient and accommodating approach this company makes me feel valued as a customer. The business is generous with their time to assist me with ideas, creation and finish of my product. Perhaps aside from the quality of work that is truly exceptional are their reasonable pricing. Jason the son has exploded out into his own business now. «Alpha Greek Apparel». I have followed him because of the independent work that I need done is his specialty. With all of our boys belonging to fraternities, we now have host of fraternity logo clothing to be done. I cannot stress enough the wealth of ideas and excellent work they accomplish. You will be so amazed at what they can do. The artistic and computer ability Jason has creates the most beautiful and amazing product.

This place is absolutely amazing. I went in there with two sweatshirts that I needed Greek embroidery for, and they were so helpful and affordable. I ended up getting them each with words across the bottom and words on one of the arms (in addition to of course the Greek letters) and it ended up being less than $ 100. SO AFFORDABLE (versus my ONE sweatshirt from
which ended up being $ 150)! They were also extremely helpful and I didn’t even need to bring my fabric… they already had exactly the pattern I wanted. The best part? After being told it would take two weeks (which is the typical standard time for letters), he had them both done in FOUR DAYS. I am so happy with this hidden gem and I assured them I would be coming back for EVERYTHING! :)

This place is awesome! I live in san diego and i came up in the area to get letters done for my littles. Jason was super nice and was able to get everything I wanted done on time! This place is very reliable which i love. When i told my friends where I got my embroidery done and how much it costed all my friends were shocked to see how cheap it was! I ordered about 7 sets of letters and it costed me about 300. Some places charge so much. In san diego its about $ 50 a set. I ordered a little last minute and got all of it done within one week! The stitching is nice too so its not like its from some ghetto place. The place itself is a little hard to find since its in a business complex but its cool. I had to really take my time and think of colors and patterns and they didnt rush me. good customer service!!! Also one of my letters werent finished on time and they didnt charge me for a shipping fee. I will definitely be bringing my business here! Progressive and Joy’s have nothing on e-​tee embroidery.

I love how this place is conveniently located near south coast plaza, how friendly and patient Jason is, and how good the prices are.
I’ve been here twice and will be back for more letters. I’ve ordered a couple of letters from them, my favorite brand is American Apparel. They have gildan, hanes and a couple other brands. No Members Only jackets though, but if you buy something and bring it in, embroidery is only $ 32.
Jason was really patient with me and my friends when we first came in. We had no idea what colors we wanted, and we literally spent over an hour making 3 sets of letters.
They take debit & cash, not sure about credit.
It’l take about 2 weeks for them to finish everything and they will give you a call when they’re done. The only bad thing I have to say is that for two of the jackets, the embroidery on the arm came off a bit after one wash so make sure you check everything before you leave!

I feel horrible for not giving this place 5 stars. I really really wanted to like this place because it had so many good reviews.
I told the lady that the sooner the embroidery will be done, the better. The latest is two weeks, but I would have to move some plans back just to make this happen. She said not to worry, and that she would do her best. The letters were done on the very last day of the deadline. I had to move my plans back. I called too, and the man said it wasn’t specified on the sheet.
Although the letters turned out nice, there was one thing that really bugged me. My brother picked them up for me, so he didn’t really noticed the flaw that I saw until I pointed it out. By then, it was too late because he had already driven to LA to drop it off for me. My little was crossing, and there was no way I could go back to get it fixed. I told the lady that I wanted small letters so that they would not overlap the pocket. Half of the last letter was overlapping the pocket, while the other half was not. It looked tacky. It was embroidered on crooked, and it bugged the hell out of me. The man probably felt rushed when I called him and asked him on the status of the letters.
Lastly, I found out that the pricing and quality of embroidery in the 626 area were better.

My friend gets his greek embroidery from initial contract, but the dude isn’t anyways working or always there. Which annoys the crap out of me.
Anyway, so lets talk logistics.

I came here twice, and got difference prices for different sections but they totaled up to be the same
Pretty sure this place is family owned. Eric which owns the place charged me 27 for the three giant Greek letters in the front. 9 for the lower back, 9 for the upper back and 6 for the sides of the jacket I brought it,
It totaled 59 dollars
I came in a week later and his son, Jason, took my order and the prices were as follow, 6 for everything else, and i believe 32 for the Greek letters in front, totaling 59 dollars
and this was with taxes, the other place I go to San Diego with more customizationg and the same set up charged me 52 bucks (like 48 plus tax) which isn’t too bad of a difference.
Both places takes two weeks to finish, however, Jason rush ordered my 2^nd jacket so that I could pick them both up at the same time, Also I made changes after they were done too, which is a plus! (I add a name on the front for 7 bucks)

I cannot say enough great things about this establishment. From the service to the quality of work, to the time it takes to complete a job, all aspects are superb! I had them embroider a doctor’s coat with name and a logo. They charged me an initial fee for the design and for the name, but the total came out to 15 or 16 bucks. I recently got some sports bags embroidered for 10/​bag and they had them ready the next day! Each and every time I go they always print out an example to show me how the embroidery will look and give good suggestions on where to place it. I will continue to go back here for my embroidery needs!

Great customer service! Super friendly and patient, and prices are great! Ordered multiple sets of greek letters today. I have ordered from Initial Contact in the past, and E-​Tee is cheaper by far. Set prices for each section of writing (arm, back, hood, etc). Discount levels for ordering higher quantities (if same fraternity/​sorority letters).
Will update when the sweaters are ready. So excited!

You see the reviews. They are awesome. Go there, figure out stuff to embroider. They have a ton of colors, fonts etc. He finished my embroidery which was only a name on a christmas stocking in about 4 hours (dropped off on a Monday morning). I will be coming back for sure. Go there, go often.
Only thing is they are across from the post office but in the back, not viewable from the street.

Their customer service is sure great! I have not even set my order in yet, but I’m pretty sure that I’ll be ordering things from them tomorrow – first thing in the morning.
I first called in yesterday to ask them some questions about greek letters because it seems like no one, at least on Unilocal,had ordered greek letters from them. After calling about 10 different embroidery stores, I decided to check this place out the next day since it was the closest to me. which leads to TODAY!
I went in to check the quality of their work and see how they did fraternity/​sorority letters because I was unsure about how they made the letters because it seemed like they did more on regular embroidery. First of all, it was a bit hard to find the place, and I had to weave in and out of the business areas, but WHOO when I found their store, I had a mini celebration. I went in and I brought my own letters that my Big bought for me to compare and see the quality of their work. They told me that they did not have any examples of Greek stuff because school is out. Bummer. but guess what?! They found one! *whew*. I attached some photos of their example of letters. They have this catalog where you can choose whichever brand of sweater you want. My class (a class of 21) wanted to order crewnecks, with our 3 greek letters representing our fraternity, our class on one sleeve, and our individual names on the other sleeve, and a witty quote on the back of the crewneck. With all that, and ordering it in bulk, the sweaters ended up being cheaper than the other places I called. And let me tell you, Eric and his wife, are so sweet and kind. The wife offered to bring her son in, who can take care of Greek orders, tomorrow morning (and I also asked her to ask him to bring in some of his Greek apparel done here so I can look at more examples) and she gladly agreed.
I got to check out the different threads they had, the different fonts, the different fabrics, and basically went over every possible detail with them, and they were so nice about it. I’ll write an update review once the orders come in!

I ordered 22 sweaters today from E-​tee and they brought in their son to help me with Greek orders, which was super nice of them. He definitely helped out a lot with the communication and I have to say that this family business has one of the best customer service. He even brought in some letters from a fraternity to show me. Sweetest people ever. Now, I just have to wait for my order to come in. EEP! I’m excited! (Oh, and because the son was in a fraternity, I definitely felt more comfortable because he would know how letters are supposed to look)

Letters were done on June 30, 2011, one day earlier than the projected finish date! Thank you, E-​tee family! (: And I got them today. I have attached a picture of one of the letters and I think they turned out pretty well. The only things I didn’t like about the letters were the things that my class disputed on and they decided on something I didn’t want. However, other than that, it looks good!

I have never actually set foot inside, but I have done work with Eric via e-​mail and online. For this reason, I can focus my attention on their actual work.
1. Quality of work is amazing.
2. They really want to make sure they get your order correctly. Not only do they e-​mail you with how it will look and suggestions, but they also wait for your approval.
3. Prices are extremely reasonable.
I ordered 3 duffel bags & two sets of basketball shorts — all with different embroidery. Sometimes it’s tricky to accomplish this when ordering online, but Eric and the team at E-​Tee really made it work. I especially love the fact that he asked me when I needed it by and gave me the option of pick up or delivery — whichever would be most convenient for me. He was also very quick with his replies — all my questions were answered promptly and timely, allowing for me to receive the best outcome on the products I wanted.
Overall, great place to get your embroidery done. I have also seen (although not purchased yet) them do greek letters on sweaters and other items. The quality is fabulous, and they maintain the affordability that so many of us need.

Man, I love it when I find such a great find literally next door. I’ve been looking for a great Embroidery place near where I live or even far if they are good and reasonable. Today my search for an Embroidery place is OVER. E-​Tee Embroidery will now be my personal embroidery place for all my embroidery needs. Let me share why… I came in to have 2 aprons embroidered for Father’s Day this Sunday.
01. LOCATION — Right next to mi casa… love it.
02. PRICES — So affordable, I mean really REALLY affordable. I priced them against others in OC, since most are scattered all over OC, and they were the cheapest and friendliest.
03. CUSTOMER SERVICE — Wow… great customer service. I walked in and they made sure I let them know what I needed and then he offered his ideas/​opinions and expertise that I didn’t even know to ask. He showed me what my project would look like, even asked me to come to his computer to watch him work on the proof and asked if I wanted to send a pix to anyone that might need to approve the work before he started. I mean, details, details, he covered them all. I changed my mind probably 5 times and he was so nice to show me the proofs 5 times! He was patient and told me to think about what I might want and just let him know if I needed more time. I love a honest opinion over just an opinion to get your business. Obviously, he was in the biz for the right reasons, he’s passionate and proud of his work.
04. EXTRAS — Well, I work far and they are only open 7:30 am 5:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. When he realized I would never make it to pick up after work, he asked if I could come early enough to make it into work on time and said he would be there when I tell him to deliver my stuff. Wow… I said «how about at 7am… he said NO PROBLEM!» Now that is impressive but I don’t even know if I can make it there on time in the AM. I love my sleeping in! Hmm… I need another plan. Lol…
