I’ve been going to Dr. Nguyen for 4 years now and every visit has been great. Super easy to make appointment, short wait. She is very professional and nice. Her staff is prompt and helpful. Price is great too. $ 60 for contact fitting. Can’t find a better price anywhere else! Gotta save money as a poor student ;)

I love this optometrist. She is so nice and gentle with my eyes. She even take out and puts on my contacts for me. I mean who does that nowadays. I went to another doctor closer to me and was totally ripped off. Now I only go to crystal vision. Very honest doctor and very reasonable prices.

I’ve been coming here for years. I haven’t been in quit awhile and when I finally made an appt they remembered who I was. And as Dr. Linh walked up to me and after not seeing me for along time she looked at me and was like «welcome back Alexa it’s been a long time» even though they a have a lot of patients they have a pretty good memory! This is the only place I will go to, the staff is amazing and very warm and welcoming! I recommend coming here if you’re looking for a place you can afford if you don’t have insurance!

Wow, so now everything feels like its in high definition mode because i just tried on my first pair of nice ray ban glasses! Having ²⁰⁄₂₀ vision for as long as ive been around, i was surprised when going on a ride on my motorcycle at night how i couldn’t see some words from a distance. Words were blurry and hey, I’m not intoxicated, what the heck is going on? The good news, Dr. Linh is pretty good at patient eye assessments & rxed me the perfect script to unblur everything on a Saturday, last minute! Short wait, cheapest eye assessment for cash pricing ($ 40, hey sure as heck beats your 80 $ to $ 120 assessment. I came in last minute before they were closing up and one of the staff members, Kim was sooo patient with me! I was that annoying customer that knew nothing about glasses, style, fit or frame & kim was the awesome crystal vision employee that seriously is helpful, polite & knowledgeable she wasn’t pushy just extremely helpful & empathetic. With all the money i saved on my eye assessment i spent it on a decent pair of stylish ray bans 5184. Tony the lense pro also was honest & knowledgeable about the type of lense to get, he gave me the 411 on my first specs & kim gave a discount even though i didn’t ask for one. I rather spend a tiny bit more here than inconveyance myself running around town when everything you need is right here in their office.
I’m a happy camper, knowledge crew here and would highly recommend you come here for any and all of your sight needs. A PLUS

I recently purchased my first pair of eyeglasses through an online retailer. It being my first time having to take care of glasses, I didn’t know not to leave them in the car during the crazy hot weather. My frames on my new glasses bent. I took them to a close by optometrist (with excellent Unilocal reviews) and they said that they only fix glasses if you bought it from them. I learned my lesson and called these guys in advance, they said they would be able to adjust my glasses for me. I came in 10 minutes later, waited a few minutes, and they adjusted my glasses for free! I was expecting to have to pay some kind of fee. Not only was it free but he did a great job, I could tell he was being careful and he even cleaned my lenses for me. I’ll be coming here in the future!

I’ve worn the glasses they made almost a year now. For some reason, I get bad headaches when I wear them. At first they seem ok. I can see good details but also noticed objects appear smaller than if I don’t wear them. The headaches are worst when I look at close objects for prolonged period. Recently, I’ve had to use my old pair and my headaches has now gone. I use her glasses mainly for driving only. I honestly think the optometrist gave me too strong a prescription. Oh well, I’ll try my luck at another store…

This place is the real deal. Do not be fooled by its location (in a shabby shopping center). Dr. Linh and crew are extremely professional and competent. I have been going here for years. It is fairly easy to get an appointment and she is always on time. I also purchase my eyeglasses here. Their prices cannot be beat and they carry all the latest designers/​styles. In fact, most of my family members go here when it is time to get new glasses. Last time I was here, my mom literally tried on 50 glasses and they were so kind and patient. They even ordered additional eyeglasses for her to try on. I don’t think its advertised, but they also do free cleaning and adjustments on your glasses. I pop in every so often to get my sunglasses and eyeglasses adjusted.
I had a little emergency a couple weeks ago while on vacation (I forgot to pack my contacts). They actually communicated with a doctor in the area where I was staying and faxed him a prescription so that I could get some to hold me over while I was out of town. They are amazing and I will be a patient for life!

My ~entire~ family and I have gone to Dr. Linh for years and we couldn’t be more happy to have her as our family optometrist. She is attentive to detail, approachable, and overall makes you feel at ease. Her staff is great as well whether it is over the phone or in person! Thanks for tending to my unusually high prescription all these years (OD (–10.00) and OS (–11.00)) (yes, I am fairly blind), Crystal Vision Optometry!

My family and I have been clients to Dr. Linh for over 5 years now and we definitely are here to stay. She’s very calm and makes you feel at ease. Her staff isalways polite and well mannered. They are all pretty happy people and they all assist in making your visits as pleasant as possible.
I’m not sure how other insurances or optometrists work, but Dr. Linh is very fair and upfront with her costs. I also like the fact that if you don’t use your allotted credit from your insurance, she will save the remaining balance for you to use next year in case you want to go for those $ 400 eyeglasses but don’t want to pay out of your pocket for them.
Only downside is that they don’t carry that wide of a selection of eyeglasses.

Love my experiences here. Most of my family also goes here. We started going here a few years ago and we don’t plan on going anywhere. We always feel taken care of. The office staff is ALWAYS super attentive and happy to help.

This place is really great. The staff is as friendly, helpful, and professional as one would desire as a customer. They also have good variety in glasses and offer all types of contacts. Thumbs up for this service.

I haven’t had the opportunity to be seen by an ophthalmologist here but when I took my girlfriend in for her annual check up I notice by how polite and courteous the Dr and her staff were. It is really rare to see such things now a day, especially within the area.
Aside from courteous staff, they have a huge high end selections of glasses ranging from Oakley to Tiffany. They also carry simple one too so don’t worry about finance.
When my time is due, I definitely would like to give this place a try. Beside, you can’t beat a $ 40 exam for cash payer.

like any good SoCal Vietnamese-​American, I drive all the way from the LA area to visit Dr Linh. She puts me at ease during my exams and the front desk staff are very helpful both in person and on the phone. They are very accommodating with any concerns I have, especially in regards to my insurance or getting stuck in traffic and reschedule appointments!
I will continue to go here and recommend to everyone i know for as long as I live!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Linh for 3 years now and every time I’m glad I initially chose her to be my optometrist. Her office is definitely off the beaten path but a diamond in the rough. As you are driving up, don’t let her location fool you, she could very well me situated in any high end plaza along the coast.
The service is always kind and endearing. She takes her time with you and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. What I like best about her is she’s always listening to you. Even when I’m asking her a question that I’m sure she’s heard a million times, she listens to me as if she has heard it for the first time. That is what you call quality patient care. Her staff answers questions quickly and eager to help, a rarity in many doctor’s office. Altogether, I will be seeing her as long as I can see!

I love this place! It’s great and affordable :) I go in without an appointment & they’re always ready. Dr. Linh is very gentle with everything and its an easy procedure. Glad I found this place! Highly recommended.

I needed a new contact lens prescription. My old doctor charges $ 75 whereas this one only charges $ 60!
I would highly recommend coming here. They are fast, friendly and affordable. The doctor was very thorough and examined my eyes not only for my prescription but for pressure and dryness.

Patient from hell? Present!
Yep, I’m the patient who shows up with no appointment, 15 mins before closing time, asking if they can get their eyes checked, pick a new pair of frames, and use an insurance card that may or may not be valid…(their guess was as good as mine).
However, no need to worry, bcs to my non-​surprise, they welcomed me with open arms! That’s right! Better respect my lack of consideration for business hours!
Dr. Linh and her staff were wonderful! She glanced at the clock and saw her freedom was a mere 15 mins away, and yet she still gave the thumbs up to see me. The exam was quick and painless, and if you can get a paranoid hypochondriac, who’s positive she’s got eye cancer, to write that on a Unilocal review, you know you’ve got some seriously mad skills to pay those optometrists’ bills!
If you need someone to hold your hand while you pick out your new set of frames, the staff is also happily available to make recommendations, take polls in the office, and stare at you as you go back and forth about which frames make you look less like an unapproachable, nerdy, bingo-​ing granny and more like a smart, fun, young, hip, yet still responsible and respectable 20-​something.
Thanks Dr. Linh and staff! I’ll be back real soon to get me a new pair of stunna shades, that will hopefully make me look less like a blind, nursing-​home resident and more like a happy-​go-​lucky, beach-​loving, OC-​er! 8D

I’ve used eye exam 2000 for so long, it was far from the year 2000 when I started going there /​lens crafters.
I thought i’d try more of a small business type of a optometrist because i’d like to start establishing a relationship with one. Eye exam 2000 dr’s constantly change.
Everyone at this office is very accommodating. I like that.
Dr. Linh was vey nice and thorough with the «camera one or camera two» part of the exam.
I was taken by total surprise when she told me to look up, and then proceeded to take my contact lens out with her finger. Bizarre. Not that it hurt or anything, but maybe a little warning would have been nice? She not only takes out your contacts for you, but she’ll put them in for you once you update your prescription as well. Weird feeling.
The pre-​exam only consisted of looking into a device for a few seconds. My previous exams would test things like depth perception and range of sight.
It did feel a little dirty and outdated inside — but that wouldn’t stop me from recommending them. I’ll be back for my exam next year!

My family and I been coming here for a few years now and so far we have no complaints. Dr. Linh is very friendly and answers any questions and addresses any concerns I have regarding my vision and eyes. I love how she takes off my contacts and puts them back in for me. I really want to learn how she does it all with just one finger! And I like how she gives me a trial pair of contacts when my vision changes. Her staff is also friendly and helps me every time in trying to find the right frames for me. If there isn’t a color in stock that I want for the frames, they offer to look up other colors and order them for me. Yes the location is a bit weird, but hey there’s a Lee’s Sandwich nearby, which is good enough for me: D

It is a hidden place but worth the find.

I came for an examination for my contact lens and glasses. The total cost for both were $ 60. That was a deal!
When i asked her if i need a new pair of glasses, she ask to take a look at my old pair. After she examined it, she suggested that i shouldn’t waste my money and just kept my old pair. My eyes didn’t change much over the few years so there was no need in invest in a new pair of eye wear.
I would start recommending my friends and family here. Dr. Linh is great and the best part is that i dont feel like i got rip off.
Definitely give this place a try.
