So refreshing to receive friendly, non-​pushy, and overall great customer service! I appreciate that the office gives me options in regards to my contacts as I was never given the options before. They are very thorough in what they do. I appreciate the discount if I bring in my own frames. I just wish they had a better and bigger selection of frames!

I’ve been coming here for about 12 years for my glasses, prescription sunglasses, and contacts. Dr. Van Ly is super sweet and explains everything she does in her eye exams and why. Their prices are great compared to lens-​crafters but the down side is usually you have to wait a week or so to get your new prescription glasses. I can usually get in and out within 45 minutes and appointment times and dates are never an issue. Minus one star for time it takes to get your prescription. Ooh and if you don’t like any of their frames you can go buy your own and bring them in and they can put the lenses you’d like!
