Chef Marla McGee is a classically trained chef who began cooking and baking at age 4. After attending The Art Institute, where she graduated with honors, she worked at a local 5 star restaurant before starting her own company. She is versed in cuisines from around the world and is passionate about creating the highest quality, tastiest and healthiest food possible.

We pride ourselves on using fresh, local produce and the highest quality meats and seafood in our dishes. Our baked goods are always scratch made with love and care.

Chef Marla served a delicious and mysterious BBQ meat for an event. I cook regularly, and for the life of me I had no idea what I just ate! I had to ask. It turned out to be pork shoulders! Rubbed with spices and baked to melt the sinews. Then sliced in a particular way to further enhance the texture. I was very impressed, and will definitely consider her when we look for a chef to cater our event.

Marla has catered many events I have attended. Everything she makes is beyond delicious. Marla can put any type of menu together. She personalizes it and works with your budget. Marla is professionally trained and caters to her clients needs. I recommend all of my friends and family to to her. My favorites are her tri tip and roasted vegetables. She can really make anything from Asian to Greek food.
