Iva Lee’s Day-Of-Coordination believes that getting to know our clients provides an insight into getting to know about the event. During our two meetings and correspondence, we get to know taste, style and expectations.
We’re here to offer guidance and advice during the entire planning process. We will organize a timeline to ensure every detail for a perfectly executed event!
Knowing that everything will be managed by a professional coordinator will allow brides and grooms to enjoy their special day. We oversee, manage, and set up the event from the moment the first vendor arrives. We are the main point of contact so that client’s will not have to worry about what is happening behind the scenes.
With our experience and relationships with the industry’s best vendors, we have the tools we need to help manage the perfect event!
History
Established in 2002.
Lisa and Eric Wagoner are husband and wife and are co-owners. Iva Lee’s Restaurant & Catering was designed and built by the couple. Lisa Wagoner has spent her career in the restaurant industry. She worked at the Surf and Sand Hotel at Splashes restaurant in Laguna Beach for six and a half years. At 24, she fulfilled her life-long dream when she opened her own restaurant, the Ramos House Café, in The Historic District of San Juan Capistrano. Wagoner was involved in all aspects of the operation from 1991 to 1998. The Ramos House Café received many accolades during her tenure including «Best Restaurant in Orange County».
Iva Lee’s is a full-service catering company, specializing in food, beverage, rentals and day-of-coordination for events.

Manager
With A Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies & experience in the Hospitality industry for over 10 years, Miya has mastered event management. Over the years, she has helped plan events with passion, while pursuing her dreams as a Food and Beverage Manager for Iva Lee’s Catering & excelling as a Certified Event Planner. She uses her attention to detail, organization and visionary skills to coordinate all details of each wedding, making sure each couple’s vision is fulfilled. As a Food and Beverage Manager, Miya plans menus, schematics, staffing, and décor. It has become a natural transition to complete the planning process as a day-of-coordinator.
