I go there to buy things on a daily basis and the service is awful. They make me wait, they speak loud foreign language and laugh and I am not sure if they are not making fun of me. The prices are high and if I had other option, I’d never go there. However I am giving it 2\5 stars only because they are close to home and are open 24⁄7. However, I do not recommend it.

horribly rude and unhelpful service. why go to a terrible 7 – 11 when there are so many other options around? avoid.

I only come here because of the Amazon Locker located inside. Convenient &24 hours so I can get my packages anytime of the day.

What happened to the vanilla nut coffee? Also sometimes the hazelnut is there sometimes it’s not. Your Morning staff this morning, told me 7-Eleven doesn’t carry vanilla nut anymore. Is that true?

This isn’t your typical 7 – 11. Ample parking… well-lit and well-stocked aisles. Clean store. Friendly staff. CO-OPATM inside for those who belong to credit unions. Really, what’s more to love about this place? How about being one of a dozen or so locations in Orange County where there is a Locker! For those that don’t know what a Amazon locker is — its a delivery system that sorta acts like a «surrogate» mailbox where your Amazon packages are safely delivered to(instead of say, your home address where some scrupulous neighbor might snatch it before you get home to pick it up). While I don’t use it for this service, what few people know is you can also use the Amazon locker to return items you’ve purchased from Amazon — you just enter your CODE(assigned by Amazon), a locker opens, place your return box in the locker, close the door and then UPS guy magically appears to pick it up the next day to send back to Amazon. So yea, I typically give 7 – 11’s three stars — but with the Amazon Locker, this one gets an extra star.

I picked up a few things after working out. The cashier was slow and it took forever. Lets get someone that can ring things up faster. Three people were ahead of me… five minutes later he rang up my order… its scanner! How hard can it be.

Last night the bf and I came here to pick up some chili cheese nachos and drinks for our movie night at home. LOVE their selection of Arizona teas. I usually get the Arizona Sweet Tea, it’s my fave :) So while we’re getting nachos the chili and cheese machine(Gross, I know. But I crave what I crave) runs out of cheese. There were so many people in line that by the time the cashier notices that we need something our nachos were soggy and gross. Then he tells us that he can’t refill the cheese because it’s still cold. So he throws a bag of it from the freezer into the microwave and rings us up. Then he offers to put more cheese on our nachos. We asked him if we could get a new thing of nachos because it’s already soggy after we waited for like 10 minutes. He laughed and said no. He could’ve at least apologized for the inconvenience he caused us. And our soggy nachos. I just wanted my damn nachos with chili and cheese. Why was it so difficult?! Why do my taste buds have to pay for your inability to do your job?!

I live near this damn 7⁄11. Very handy when I’m hungry and want a snack or drink.

This place is alright. Sometimes the cashier might fall asleep on you but understandable(as they probably been awake for so long). A lot of things here are overpriced. It’s funny how different 7-Eleven’s have different prices on everything… guess it’s owner’s choice… At least make prices reasonable and don’t be cheap?
