Good brews! Wabi Sabi is my fave! Games outside, chips and jerky for snacks. Dogs allowed on the outside patio. Will go again!

Such a fun place! We’ve been twice. The first time, we found a Groupon deal which made the first experience really cheap! So keep an eye out on Groupon to see if they have anymore deals. We went a second time(Saturday around 4) and it wasn’t crowded at all! There was a live musician which was cool. Outside, they have corn hole and picnic tables, so you can bring your own snacks or games too. We love this place! My boyfriend’s favorite drink was funk house, so give that one a try!

This is by far the best brewery in Fort Worth 1000000000000x better than rarh. It puts rahr to shame in every aspect from beer to atmosphere. If you have a good pallet for beer and are serious about brewing this is the place for you. I come here every chance I get. It’s fort worths hidden Gem

Love this little brewery! We didn’t have any issues with the staff, all have been very friendly and helpful. Love the taproom concept instead of paying for a «tour».

Good beers, but nothing mind blowing. Staff could not be nicer! All in all a solid place. They suffer from the trying to do so much before they do the basics well which seems to be oh so common for new breweries.

Came here with my fiancé on a Saturday afternoon the place was not exactly packed but the small venue made it seemed like it was. Not too sure why they had the band so close to the bar it’s hard enough to get a drink at the tiny bar let alone talk to the bartender about the beer and place an order. Seemed more practical to place the band out back they have the space for it. It was so loud I had to point to what I wanted. As for the beer they have a lot of choices but mostly the same type of beer. They seemed to be concentrated on saisons which I’m not a fan of to begin with. I got the SMASHIPA was very bitter and hoppy not fruity at all definitely a penny flavor kinda beer. My fiancé got the Tropic Thunder she said it was supposed to be a green tea infused beer but tasted almost like a Mexican style beer(citrus). I wasn’t a fan of the glasses they were using either I understand it has markers to show the oz but they would hook up some people to the top and others not. If you used pint glasses that would eliminate that problem. In all wasn’t a fan mostly because I was there for the beer not the band. Wish I could have tried more.

Not a fan of having to go to Fort Worth for good sour beer, but since the pickings are slim in Texas and Jester King is really the only other option we have I went ahead and ventured out to this place to see what the hype was all about. *Apricot Petite Golden Sour* — that is worth every ounce of hype plus some! I wouldn’t rank the whole range of their beers above the likes of Crooked Stave or Jester King, but these guys are definitely on the right path to some damn fine sour beers. They have a laid back layout with their stacks of barrels filled with ageing brew adjacent to the tasting area. You can check out their small brewhouse set-up while you stroll around the premises. When I was there, they had about 15 options available for tasting. My buddy and I got 3 oz pours of everything. We both agreed, the Apricot PGS kicks major a$$! The apricot flavors are so fresh and rich on the front palate, yet somehow on the back palate there is a dried apricot linger that remains vibrant yet tame enough to leave a lasting positive impression. It’s far better than drinking the apricot nectar sugar drinks you can get at grocery stores, and I have had few apricot beers that compare to this one. Bottling is a gradual process here that has only begun. While they do send you off with a Crowler if you wish, it is not typical to find bottles. The likelihood of Houston getting bottles of these guys’ work anytime soon is slim. .. guess I’ll have to return next time I make it to Ft. Worth.

After a random decision to Martin House, we decided to fully YOLO our trip to Fort Worth and finally head to The Collective Brewing Project, the FW brewpub that we’ve heard so much about since their open a couple years ago. Plus, they are one of the only places to still have an operating crowler machine since the TABC hammered down on the taprooms/bottleshops/generally-not-brewpub-places. The location is easy to find with lots of nearby street parking. And the interior here is pretty god damn beautiful for a brewpub. Even though it was moderately crowded for a Saturday afternoon, I was able to get both of my 32 oz crowlers filled within about 5 minutes and then I was out the door! If you value farmhouse beers, I highly recommend stopped by for a few crowlers to go. Collective Brewing Project is quietly making some of the best beer in DFW. Shitdang, y’all.

The staff NOT very friendly neither were the patrons. feels Like austin but cleaner with real floors. the staff told us they would tap a firkin at 4pm for limited sour pours, wife got excited, 4 came around, all of the sudden the firkin was empty, so they cancelled the pours… Sooooo, they were telling people that it would be ready at 4 then they checked the firkin at 4 and noticed it was empty… then they took down the sign they had for it!!! Wth.?? Stoop staff told everyone wait till 4 but nobody ever checked to see if they even had any! !!! Incompetent. Also. a couple of hipsters decided they wanted to have a conversation YELLING at eachother between me and my wife. Really? Another lady shoved my wife right off her seat so she could order her drink. The atmosphere is super cool, The people suck. Will not be back.

We were kind of corralled here after driving by Martin House on a Saturday afternoon. The Martin House Brewing warehouse was PACKED wall to wall full of people. It was actually a probable fire hazard. Parking was an ever living nightmare. So, we ditched that idea and hustled on over to The Collective Brewing Project. Thirsty and hangry, my sister and I breathed a sigh of relief when we drove up. There was plenty of parking, a delicious looking food truck parked out front, and no lines! Bartenders are friendly and serve up with a smile. The interior is beautifully rustic with live music flowing from the corner of the tap room. The brewing facilities were roped off, but added a nice rugged touch to the interior. Kegs labelled, «Don’t Touch My Bunghole» were stacked up along the walls. Sense of humor. I dig it. Tropic Thunder was our favorite. Light, crisp, and just the right amount of hoppiness. The Belwegian was much stronger, but had a delicious spicy palate. To top off my afternoon, I ended with the End of the Weak, a dark chocolate milk stout. It was the perfect dessert drink after I stuffed my face with elotes and steak quesadillas from the Funky Town Food Truck! If you’re not feeling the food truck, Collective sells jerky, kettle chips, and gourmet popcorn. There are some card games lying around and a little loading dock out back that doubles as a patio. We had a grand old time playing corn hole, then jamming to live music inside when it got too toasty out(that’s right, summer’s close!). We’re collecting pint glasses from around the DFW, but Collective’s seem pretty minimal and not as much detail as we’d like, so we opted out of that. We’re coming back for ya soon! –xoxoxo

Super cool brewery located in Fort Worth. Tried a really great chocolate Stout and something that was kind of like a sour IPA both very good, they have snacks at the brewery and there was a food truck outside, the food was very good. Live music on Saturday was super and they have an outside seating area.

We came here right at opening on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t crowded when we got there, so we were able to get a table, but the place got more packed as the afternoon went on. The craft beer is good, but not anything I would go out of my way to try. I appreciate that they offer multiple sizes of glasses though, from 4 ounces to a full pint. I didn’t see any flights available on the menu, but I could still sample several beers on my own without having to commit to a full glass each time. For someone like me who is more about sampling than trying to down a ton of beer, that’s a plus! They have some games available that you can play. We played some Cards Against Humanity for a while, followed by Exploding Kittens. That + local craft beer makes for a nice place to kill time on an afternoon.

Very impressed by this little brewery! Dropped by their taproom on a Wednesday night during North Texas Beer Week and will definitely visit again soon. I reckon there were about 10 beers on tap to choose from. My favorite was the Urban Funk House Saison. Service was super friendly and the space is what I’d call warehouse chic. Plus, every Wednesday is vinyl night.(Fun! We love vinyl.) Bring in your fav record for $ 1 off your first pint! Also intrigued by their crowlers. Can’t commit to a full growler of beer? Take home a crowler– it’s a can that can be sealed on the spot by the bartender, ensuring the beer will stay fresher longer. Even longer, in fact, than a growler.

Best stout I’ve ever had. I will be back very soon. The place is very nice and you know that you’re at quality place to have a beer. The vibe is good and the guy behind the counter was great.

So much space. So cool. Very PDX/SEA/DEN. So sad to not find Petit Golden Sour on tap but enjoying the beers we chose(Brown IPA, Pale Galaxy, Suspicious Delicious). And so awesome that they offer half pints– easier to enjoy a greater variety. Music isn’t overly loud, atmosphere is roomy high ceiling surrounded by beautiful barrels & shiny kegs of beer.

I came across this brewery from scouring the internet for a place in Fort Worth with Trivia Night. Venturing out to find spots I might want to frequent, this place is definitely on my list. I tend to be pretty choosy about where I’ll hang out and Collective Brewing Project hit all the key desires for me. The environment was eclectic, but not trendy. Completely casual feel while still being intimate and inviting. All the tables ended up full but it wasn’t packed. Although, I’m guessing that won’t last long with the progressive popularity I think this brewery will gain. The style and details in the brewery were well thought out– from the table and bar seating variety, the high ceilings, large windows, clean bathrooms, and visually attractive chalk board menu set up. Lots of textures and colors and shapes. Weirdos like me notice that stuff. I even smiled at the sticky note skeleton wall and the choice of Meyers soap. I’m miss picky pants when it comes to beers, especially at a brewery, so I expected to enjoy distinct flavs. I certainly did. I wish I remembered the bartenders name I interacted with because not only did she compliment my hair, and we all know ladies like compliments, but she even opened up a line of communication with me getting a feel for my taste buds. After suggesting I top off the Mustache Ryde with some of the in house brewed coffee, she completely won me over. Delish. Oh, and the half pint options– genius. For some of us girls, a full flavored pint beer can be super filling so that option was perfect. A few of the people in our group commented on wishing there was a selection of food aside from the Kettle Chip Menu. Even tho that was a pretty great snack idea, and after trying a few around the table, a tasty one too. A group of chicks behind us had pizza delivered, which got me wondering why there wasn’t a food truck posted outside. I think the guy who picks up on that will bank. The only negative experience I had wasn’t even directly related to the brewery. Geeks Who Drink was hosting the 8-part Trivia Game, and unfortunately the MC was obnoxiously hard to understand. I kept missing questions. He was super muffled from holding the mic up so close to his mouth he could have literally started gnawing on it. Either way, everyone was still genuinely having a great time so that is certainly not a factor in whether or not I will return. Verdict– YUH!

This spot has quickly become a neighborhood favorite. The ambiance is nice — I actually like to bring my laptop up and use the wifi to get a little work done while enjoying the beer. The bartenders are great(Carly is awesome!) and you’re likely to see the brewers around on any visit. I’m an IPA drinker, so the Apes in Space, Brown IPA, and Pale Galaxy are my go-to’s. They also make a great sour if you’re into those.

I am digging this little place. It is not nearly as crowded as Martin House or Rahr but the beer is good. I am going to go out on a limb and say they are also«more» obscure than the types at other breweries. They take cash or debit or credit. They have a great space with many games available to play! The people are friendly and they have merchandise for sale as well as a gourmet kettle chip collection. We will be back.

For such a cool town, Fort Worth is really under-served in the amount of breweries we have. We seem to be a cautious bunch, which isn’t a bad thing — sometimes we just get up to the plate a little slower than anywhere else. I’m excited about what The Collective has to offer, which at this point seems to be a taproom and a really cool place to hang out when it’s open, but the beer is really good too. I got to try… let’s say«more than one» of their products, and really did enjoy all of them — A rye porter, a session IPA, and a green tea saison. Plus, there seems to be a strange trend here in town of everyone wanting to charge me $ 8 for a decent beer, and I find that ridiculous. Appalling, even. Here, pints were $ 5 and they served half-pints which were generally $ 3. So for now they’ve scored major points with me for that. There’s no food, although they have a «craft kettle chip menu»(eyeroll) and food trucks in their parking lot occasionally. I chatted with one of the owners for a while, and it sounds like they’re just taking things slow, starting small, and expanding and distributing to a larger area whenever they see the need. So…cool. Happy to see things like this here.

Newest Brewery in Fort Worth. Not very many people there when I went… but place looks very cool. Beers I had were ok… I did order the ‘flight’ so I was able to try ‘em all. I will be back.
