New resident behind Poag’s. Menu readability and design could use some work. They don’t list the half-​pound boneless option (which is the reason I bothered to write this in the first place… LOVE it) but it may be a better value than the old occupant truck (Taco Heads).
They’re heavy handed with the spice, and I like it that way. Their «fries» (potato slices, lighly fried) are unique in fort Worth to my knowledge and the best I’ve had since I tried spicy ketchup at whataburger almost 20 yrs ago.
It’s a kick in the mouth. Their trailer is ugly. Their food is a ton of flavor and you won’t leave hungry.

Late night hunger strikes. And so does the need for drinks and conversations with friends after long days. My friends and I will pop up to the Tail Feathers truck, put in our order then head over to Abbey’s for Jamesons and beer.
The food sometimes will take a while since it is one guy running the truck who also delivers to the bar you’re at (within the area, of course). The food is so good. I always get their spiciest and my friends will venture and try their other options. The wings are packed with flavor. Don’t forget their potatoes; that’s the best thing about them. Not sure how they cook them, but they’re sliced like coins and crispy. Extra ranch please (because I like my chicken and potatoes with my ranch).

Holy Shnikes These wings are crazy good! Just the right amount of heat and right amount of crunch. Best part it’s cooked! I’m tired of getting wings not fully cooked. I got a pound of bone in and a pound of bone out. Boneless is not breast meat but dark which makes a difference in taste for me. The fries are more of thick cut slice Potatoes with the right amount of seasoning. Keep up the great job guys hope I can find you guys again.

Best wings that I’ve had around Fort Worth, in my opinion. All the sauces were great and the meat was tender and delicious. Even the Inferno sauce, so hot that they don’t list it on the menu, had great flavor despite the spiciness of it. The potatoes were also great. Dudes were friendly. Highly recommended.

Wings: 5⁄5 (The bone-​out wings are real dark meat chicken, not processed crap!)
Sauces 5⁄5 (I tried the caribbean jerk & island heat sauces and both were expertly crafted)
Potato Chips 5⁄5 (Very good although I’m not a potato eater so i’ll stick to the wings)
This is the best food i’ve ever received from a food truck… Generally speaking, I find most food trucks to be lacking in quality but that’s not a problem here.
