S & B Remodeling

My husband purchased a voucher from S&B Remodeling & Construction. We called the vendor well before it expired. The vendor asked to call back to schedule our appointment for service at a later date because he had over booked himself. He also agreed to an extension of the voucher. We called and texted Sid (owner of S&B Remodeling) to call us back for a month and a half and no answer. We finally asked living social to look at our situation and had proof to back it up with emails, phone calls, and texts. Living social denied our complaint and refused to refund our money. Where is the accountability of the vendor in this situation? Well, there isn’t one. We have bought several coupons from this site and it obviously doesn’t matter that Sid ripped us off our money with proof at hand. These groupon sites are a waste of time and there is NO such thing as customer service.

The last reviewer was lucky. They never showed up for me at all, after rescheduling TWICE. Rude. Unprofessional. Accused me of «threatening» them, just because I was unhappy that FOR THE THIRD TIME they were not going to show up. Called Groupon, got my money back. What were they thinking to do a Groupon and then give such horrible service.

sorry but i had to laugh at the previous reviews. bought the 4 hour groupon for the little projects i had. sid was completely unprofessional and i don’t think we wrote anything down but he didn’t come out to do the work nor did he hit on me. had to reschedule a couple times but glad the guy that came out completed what i needed done. stay away!
