Business Owner
Lina is Co-Owner of Mod Bakehouse and brings over 14 years of pastry experience and over 24 years of customer service experience in the food service business. She has worked at some of the top restaurants in Dallas and most recently held the Executive Pastry Chef position at the Fort Worth Club. She has extensive experience in specialty pastries and wedding cakes. She is thrilled to share her love of all things sweet with the DFW area.
