Renaissance II Apartments, a seniors’ complex (known for many years as The Ridgmar Plaza Apartments) is an all bills paid complex for mature adults 55 years of age and older. This charmingly small (52 units with secured, gated, covered parking) collection of apartment homes is self-​enclosed. There are two courtyards (one with a beautiful pool) which are filled with plantings and trees and small seating areas, with tables with umbrellas. Pleasant weather always sees someone cooking outdoors. Every apartment looks out onto one or the other of these nature areas. The streetsides (south and east) are set back from the street, and have green, well-​manicured lawns. Resident Management, pleasant and responsive to all tenant requests, is a plus. Speedy and qualified maintenance response is an attractive feature. There are one– and two-​bedroom apartments available, both up– and downstairs. The two-​bedroom apartments all have two baths, and are spacious and have generous closet space
