Description

Specialties

MAX’s Wine Dive is all about bringing «gourmet comfort food» to guests alongside an expertly curated selection of wines from around the world, all served with a down-to-earth, rock-n-roll style. MAX’s Wine Dive is a restaurant and wine bar that’s fun, funky, eclectic and a complete juxtaposition of style and food that captures the qualities of a casual atmosphere with an innovative food and wine program.

History

Established in 2006.

Established in 2006, owners Jerry and Laura Lasco came to the realization that they loved trying fancy new restaurants and enjoyed hanging out at laid-back restaurants and wine bars as well, and wanted a place that combined the two — bringing an unprentious and comfortable atmosphere to diners. The MAX’s Wine Dive mantra was then created and still remains true today, «Fried Chicken and Champagne… Why the Hell Not?!»
