You will love it or hate it. Not much in between. With a band on the back stage and gourmet food trucks on the side. With an open air bar. It was a fun time just to people watch.

This place is my jam. Any day, any night, any time. Definitely a staple in the Ft Worth music scene. I love coming up here and jamming out. Always a good place to see some pretty ladies, and enjoy some cold beers. Gettin crunkulated out on the back patio is a must. Emily, the bartender back there is super hot and super nice. I give her and this bar 2 thumbs up. One of the best spots in ft worth to get shitfaced and rage to some great music. Yoooooo

They always start their shows late, and this last time, they said the show would start at 7:30 didn’t come on til 10:00

Anyone who is looking for an awesome dive bar that feels like a dive bar and doesn’t feel like a dive bar should come to Lola’s. This place is awesome. Lots of patios, good crowd, and the food in the back (Trailer Park) is amazing. Who would expect to find huaraches and duck tacos all in the same place. So come on down! And ask for the special Mango El Niño shots, a spicy specialty! You won’t be disappointed!

Best live music venue in FW. If smoke gets to you, Patios in front and back and multiple bars to choose from.

Smokey, shitty sound, dive atmosphere. You’re way better off going to the Live Oak, Magnolia or Shipping & Receiving if you’re hanging out & want to have a fun night out.

This place is Texas Treasure. Eclectic mix of people. Variety of bands, feels intimate. LOVE the Atmosphere.

Fun atmosphere and good place to see local bands. The drinks are good and the staff always friendly. It’s easily within walking distance of West 7^th so you can definitely include this place in your Friday or Saturday plans.

There are two stalls only which can be kind of a problem when a busy concert is happening. Usually very clean though. There are hooks on the doors in the ladies which is nice. Usually a fun community girls all chatting atmosphere if everyone is waiting. Nice comfy bench if you want to just hide out for a minute and wait for your friends to finish. The men’s is the kind with a urinal outside so you can’t sneak in if the ladies is full. Generally always well stocked except soap runs out sometimes but that is understandable at a busy show.

A very confused crowd of this joint is something you can always rely on. Not sure whether we have plain ‘olé Texas Hipsters, Country Goths or Alternative ‘Tap-​Out’ Meatheads taking over but they all show up here! Some live music events go on but there really isn’t much room… too intimate. Kind of a dump, really.

I have changed my opinion on this place ENTIRELY. Lola’s staff can’t be beat! I lost my cell phone during Fort Worth Rock Assembly (which was AWESOME), went to retrieve it from the bar the next day with no such luck… about 15 minutes later, Tyler (beautiful and very sweet bartender) messages me on fb saying she found my cell phone after all! (No, we weren’t fb friends previously– she actually took the time to track me down!) Talk about top notch customer service! :)

Lola’s Saloon fits everything i want in a bar/​music venue that i want. Funky décor, good bar with a decent selection. Small intimate stage and nice outdoor seating.
Really, this place does have it together although you wouldn’t think so for the looks of it. I found the bar tenders to be very friendly and enjoyed chatting with them. Prices are the same as any other place. Not sure about drink specials. The stage is very small and i do like the band to be able to move around a bit more. The mens bathroom is weird and awkward. The outdoor seating is very spacious and i absolutely love it.
I really think this is a great venue for bands or just a place to sit and have a drink. I especially like the outdoor seating area and can’t wait to come back here

It’s uncommon for me to hear my favorite music in a bar, but today — it happened. I walked in to The Cramps, followed by Iggy and The Stooges, X, and Dr. Know. The staff and patrons were welcoming, even though they are obviously old friends and I was clearly an outsider.
The best part? You can smoke in this place! And they have a cigarette machine! I can’t wait to come hear live music at this venue, my new favorite dive.

Lola’s. Itty, bitty, gritty PERFECTION. Great place to see a show, super loud! Cold beer, and an outside patio. You can hang with your friends and make new ones too. Everyone seemed really happy to be at this joint! Will definitely be back!

Lola’s is one of my happy places. I’m amazed it’s taken me this long to write a review! I go pretty regularly but that’s because I seriously can’t think of a time I haven’t had an awesome night. I’m always impressed with the caliber of talent that rolls through. Yes, there is a cover on weekends and certain nights of the week but totally worth it when you get to listen to some sweet bands playing. Plus drink prices are relatively inexpensive. Cheap AND you get to jam out to some great live music? Can’t be beat.
It can get LOUD, but there is a little patio area on the outside which is great for conversing when the weather is nice. If you haven’t been yet, you have to check it out. You won’t be disappointed!

Shame on me for not reviewing this sooner! Lola’s is a great dive. The main attraction for me is the music. The bartenders are familiar faces and pour generously. Lots of local bands play here and the occasional out of town treats roll in. Lolapalooza every year is a blast. The bathroom is small and lines tend to form for the ladies. AND it’s still a smoking bar– so if you hate smoke, stay out :)

So I ended up here with fellow Unilocaler Jennifer J. It was for a charity event to raise money for the homeless in Fort Worth. We had already given out food to the local homeless prior to showing up here. We were meeting some of her friends and we were going to find some place to eat afterwards.
The bar is a typical saloon, kinda on the dark side but with things to see everywhere you look. There was a band playing inside, as well as an acoustic set going on outside. Kudos to the band outside doing a version of the Beastie Boys «Fight For Your Right To Party». There was merchandise for sale inside and out. Clothing, photographs, beauty products, jewelry, handmade wallets (very nice), artwork and random knick knacks. I guess all had portions of their proceeds going to the Fort Worth Burrito Project. I ended up with a hand silk-​screened KISS t-​shirt for my brother (happy birthday!)
Beers were cheap and the music was decent and if I get the opportunity to go back and really hear some music there, I will. Very relaxed atmosphere for Memorial weekend and it’s a place worth going back to.

Talk about a dive bar! It was like I was back in college again! Uncomfortable wooden seats, drinks spilled all over the floor, sticky counters. wow!
The only issue. prices are totally NOT grad school pub prices!
Not a complete fan. the crowd was older, the band was kinda cool, the place itself is a MESS!
