After reading some of the reviews for this Jack in the Box I feel like I should put in my 2 cents as perspective. I’m not saying that the other reviewers were incorrect in what they were saying(I’ve experienced a few of the things mentioned by others); I just want to make sure that this place gets a fair shake(I’m pretty sure I’m the duke of this location, I didn’t check). Ok, the good first. This is one of the best drive-thrus in this area. They are usually very fast, the orders are normally correct, and the three ladies that I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know are always smiling and asking how I’ve been when I arrive. Maybe English is not their primary language and maybe I have to repeat items from time to time but it’s really never been that big of a deal. Now the bad… This is a popular hangout for local teens because it is so close to the high /middle school in the area(I should know, I use to go to both schools when I was a kid and even we hung out there). Also, Jack in the Boxes in this area(not just this one) have a knack for drawing in(what seem like at least) homeless people. I don’t know why that it, but it is. I’m pretty sure that these two factors play into why the restrooms are locked(you have to ask for a key at the register). Also, like Frank S., I have seen the kids screaming MAMA to an employee of the store so I’m guessing they hang out there frequently. And finally, I’ll admit that dining in isn’t the same experience as driving thru. For whatever reason my order seems to take FOREVER when I dine in in comparison to the drive-thru. Plus seeing 3⁄5 of the tables dirty just makes the experience less enjoyable. But is this a terrible fast food joint that you should just drive past due to it’s reputation. No. The food is cooked well and like I said; if you are in a hurry you could not be at a better location to get«fast food».

Place was dirty as hell! Service was ok, but there were these 2 kids running around in the dining area the WHOLE time I ate. I mean running, playing, throwing stuff. I was thinking, where are these kids parents, and I realized the harsh reality of life in the hood. One of the workers brought her kids to work in leau of a babysitter. They went to the counter, screamed MAMA, I need more soda… I laughed so hard inside, but remained quite, didnt wanna get shanked. I like Jack in the Box, but will not be back to this one
