The installer did not show up on time multiple days. The installer said he completed the install in summer only to find out when winter came that he did not hook up the heat. When he came to hook up the heat he said we did not have the correct thermostat and was missing another component in our new unit which would cost $ 400 to install. After the second time the fan would not turn off. It took us several months to get him to come back out only for him to inform us we were yet again missing another component in our new unit which he installed. He wanted another $ 600 to install the «missing» component. Overall unreliable and unknowledgeable of his own installations.
