They do a pretty good job if you are here alone. However, they were understaffed today and as I’m getting a manicure and pedicure 2 women come in. Therefore, the woman doing my nails left midway through and did the two manicures. When they left 4 more people came in. She was going to make me wait but I spoke up and then the woman doing my pedicure left in the middle of my polish to do one if the other people. The woman working on my manicure and now pedicure literally filed my nails so fast one of them cracked. She slapped my polish on my toes and then tried to talk me out of the dip gel to speed me up.
Long story short, they are understaffed and just care about cranking out as many people as they can. My nails look like crap and the polish is not even on yet.

Not happy with the service I received whatsoever. I had tips put on with gel paint. The nails are all lopsided. My thumb has a point on it and they look flat out warped. I’m not one to complain unless I’m really not happy. Not to mention that he lost the tool he need to cut down the fake nail and used scissors instead and ended up cutting my finger and almost took the tip of my thumb off had I not jerked my hand back and told him he had my thumb. He said sorry and I know everyone makes mistakes but he didn’t offer to make up for it. The lady checking out when I came in received a 10% discount so «she would come back». I know she didn’t ask for it because she was surprised by it when he told her. The least he could do was offer. I won’t be coming back here. I came in at 6:15pm and left at 7:45pm. I was the ONLY person in there. Sweet people but horrible job and terrible customer service. Not to mention the only sanitizer container I saw was for the brushes when you wash your hands. I feel bad for leaving a bad review but this place really deserves it.

Love this place. Has a huge variety of gel nails and on top of it, they did an awesome job. I had so many compliments I was excited to come back to change colors. My real nail had cracked and I came back to get it fixed, fast fix and looks like it never cracked. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone. Their prices are hard to beat, especially in this area! Love it!!!

I think a mistake had been made with pricing our services! Was a great job and nice ladies, but I left having spent over two hundred dollars for my daughter and myself when all was said n done. Here’s the break down; two groupons $ 49 each, (say 100 here) gel nails on fingers n toes (60), Kaci got powder nails on both fingers n toes (80) and I got the Unilocal 20% discount! … I agree we upgraded our groupon but by a hundred dollars… Maybe I should have just paid out right instead of springing for a groupon! We were the only people in the salon for the 3 hours we were there… (Then a lady came in for a re-​do) I told Kaci they just saw dollar signs with us. I’m not stupid, I know what they did –and I won’t go back with that type business practice. It was Kaci’s birthday so I won’t make a big deal of it –but I will not recommend any Unilocaling friends go here due to my experience. Be warned. I’ll stay with Hollywood nails up the street, they are pricy but at least I know that walking in their door.

After a hectic weekend at work I was looking for a decent salon to treat myself. I decided to try this art nails & spa out for the first time yesterday. I had a wonderful experience, the workers were sweet and welcoming, the place wasn’t noisy or rushed, everything was clean and relaxing. My nail lady (Lisa) did a great job at pampering me and taking care of my nails. My gel manicure is just gorgeous, I’ve never seen my cuticles so clean and cut before. Also the pedicures that they offer are so long and nice, longest pedicure I’ve ever had for such a reasonable price. Excellent service and I’m sure to return back on my days off

The name speaks for itself! It’s okay to have more than 1 nail stylist! Since I was in the Keller area knowing there’s a bajillion nail shops, I decided to stop here one day! And I love coming here especially to Lisa! Not only they have great nail art but I have troubled feet & I rarely let anyone touch them but Lisa is great with my bad callus & takes her time getting all of them out! The atmosphere is pretty relaxing compared to most busy nail salons! I was so happy with my feet I decided to get my nails done there too! I got a full set which was worth it’s money because they haven’t broken down since I’m really hard on my nails! I also overheard a lot of people requesting for Anne if anyone decides to go & Lisa is busy! I definitely will be coming back!

This place has the worst customer service ever! I purchased a groupon several months ago and have not been able to use it… they refuse to honor it with out paying almost double the amount already spent.

Anne does a great job! Make an appointment to schedule a pedicure and gel, she books up fast!

Went with my daughter to have gel nails removed, mani for both, and gel for me. Daughter’s looked great, did a good job. Mine, not at all. She cut my cuticles 5 times on 3 fingers to the point they were bleeding. She tried to cut one finger (that had been bleeding twice) a third time and I had to pull my hand back to stop her. Actual gel nails — polish in the cuticles, polish on the sides of the fingers, very very sloppy. Yes, it was a great deal, but still not worth it. I won’t be back.

Great service, staff was super friendly. Nail tech took her time and the prices were great! I would recommend to everyone. Monday — thursday they have the best deals!!!

Me and my mom have been going to this salon for years since it is very close to my house. I am always pleased with them. It seems that they may be under new management, though. Their prices are very good and they have an enormous amount of gel nail polish, which is a huge bonus because gel is worth the extra money and other salons don’t have nearly that many options. This past time I had a woman who spoke no English, the other women doing my pedicure had to translate for her. Which is no problem since she was smiley and tried to communicate as well as she could. It is really the effort that counts with me. My manicure is fantastic, she was a little rough on my cuticles, but I’m sure they look much better because of it. I got a gel manicure for 24 $, which for me is a steal. I got a great pedicure, that included a foot massage and hot towels for 20 $. Getting out of the salon for 44 $ plus tip is an unbeatable price. The regular nail polish is dated, and some of the signs posted around take away from the relaxation, that is why one star is missing. But other then that it is a great salon for a great price just make sure you tell them what you want. Another note, for any coupons just bring them in, even groupons. They will honor the price. I also pay in cash, it is much easier then paying with a card.
My mom got a pedicure as well and is thrilled as always. We are both always very pleased. We love Anne but did not see her last time we were in!

Pretty good gel manicure no frills or extras.
Price was low, $ 30 on a Saturday afternoon.
They were busy though. Lady took a decent amount of time. They asked if I wanted a drink. Shop is not the most updated but it’s definitely much cheaper than other shops in the area.
They gave a weekday special that sounds good if your on a budget.

I have 20%off on my nails, free upgrade to deluxe ped. They said this shop under new manager, so far it is pretty good price and service. I got wine too lol

Just like the other reviews, I purchased a Groupon and was asked repeatedly to contact Groupon and return it and pay them directly; and they would give me a «free» design on my toe. At one point I was even handed the phone to call Groupon.
They did a great job on the mani and pedi, but I wanted to relax yet I felt harassed the entire time; well until I told them I wanted upgrades (it was my birthday and I think they were happy to be getting CASH money). I think Groupon, Living Social and Amazon should no longer let them advertise their business. This is very poor customer service, I rather pay a little more and avoid the constant harassment over a Groupon I purchased.

I purchased a groupon for a mani/​pedi and made an appointment.
On arrival the lady had me sit to begin to soak my feet. She asked how much I paid for the Groupon and asked me to return it, then I would pay her directly. So, I paid $ 42 for the Groupon. «I do this for how much? And see what you get? For very little [money]» while massaging. She said «it easy» to return the Groupon. I can do it online or call and Groupon had a two week return policy. I knew that was not correct. I promptly pulled up their return policy on their website that stated a 3 day return policy. I had purchsed the Groupon more than 3 days previous. After showing her the policy, she still wasn’t having it and said, just call. I’m pretty sure she wanted me to do it right then. I felt like I was being put in a very awkward, unethical position. I would have not been there if it had not been for the Groupon and I wasn’t going to call and lie to return the Groupon.
At this point in the appointment [maybe 20 minutes] and throughout the appointment she was trying to convince me to call, «it easy [to return the Groupon]» and to next time not get a Groupon and ask for the Groupon price instead directly from them (i.e., not go through a third party). «See what you get? And I do this for how much? How much you pay?» I heard at least 3 times during the appointment.
On top of this, the entire appointment seemed very rushed, she just didn’t want to be there and seemed annoyed with me. The water was either cold or scolding hot after I asked to turn up the heat. The towels and wax were extremely hot. When she pulled out the towel, you could see all the heat come off it and I thought «Surely it’s not as hot as it looks» WRONG it was hotter! I thought I would have 1^st degree burns at least on my feet, but they were okay. She didn’t seem too concerned when I said «Ouch, that hurts» right after applying the towels and wax. She did not remove the towel from my feet but she did take my hand out of the wax, rubbed the plastic bag with the wax in it it against my arm (which makes no sense, I said it was hot?) for about 5 – 10 seconds, and quickly proceeded but putting my hand in the wax. She had no patience for it to cool down.
I don’t get mani’s very often, so I don’t know if this is normal but while my feet were wrapped in the towels, she stood on one side of me and had me reach over my right hand to paint those nails. Also, my nail polish on my hand nails lasted no more than 48 hours before almost all my right hand white tips (I got french tips) were gone and had flaked off. But my toes are still good! And it’s been 7 days now.
Overall, I do not recommend this place to anyone, no matter how good the deal. If you do go, I hope you have a much better experience than me!

Decent. Strange love/​hate with groupon. There are other places nearby that are better option.

Worst Mani/​pedi ever. Had the groupon and it’s obvious they don’t want to care for you when that’s what you have. Water was cold, towels weren’t hot, no 30 minute massage as promised. Had appointments, but no one was even there when we got there and had to wait for 20 minutes to open. DO NOT waste your money. There are two other places near by that are much better!

Bought an Amazon Local Deal. I’ve had experience with nail salons before where they don’t know what package you paid for on deals, so I wanted to talk to my technician about what was included in my deal (one specific item being the 30 minute foot massage). My technician spoke literally no English, neither did my mother’s, so I (as kindly as I could) asked to speak with someone else. A woman finally came over & in poor English kept saying «you come back tomorrow…» And a lot of other words about organic, etc. My mom finally figured out she was trying to up sell us. When I tried to confirm each item on the deal she rudely said yes to all of them and took it from me. The pedicure was done extremely well. Manicure (different technician) was while I was in the chair, and the technician was making me reach across. It was very uncomfortable, and it was poorly done. Some nails didn’t have paint on the whole nail, others were on my cuticles. My mother’s took 30 minutes longer than mine, and it looked like a 5 year old painted her nails (I am not exaggerating or trying to be rude). The polish selection is dated and old — lots of goopy polishes (no Essie). The tips of my nails are already chipped off after about 20 hours. Overall, I would not recommend. Oh, and the foot massage was about 10 minutes, not 30. I also really wanted to sit back and relax but the technicians had 3 of their children there who were all running around, the youngest (a baby) wearing squeak shoes. And they would just bring the baby over to your chair and stand there with her, so I could never just relax, either.

Been here a few times now. Great service and prices. I normally get the deluxe mani/​pedi. Gel polish lasts much longer so I recommend getting it. Costs a little more but well worth it. They are inconsistent with offering beverages to the customers though. So you might have to ask them for a drink.

Do not buy the Groupon deal! The owner will try to make you call Groupon customer service to get a a refund and pay them directly, because they only receive half of the amount from groupon. The mani and pedi I received was decent nothing spectacular will not be using them again.
