History

Established in 1990.

1989: Savvy widower marries poor widow. Teaches her to buy, renovate, rent and sell homes so she can always have cash on hand. He then becomes adviser while she involves the children and grandchildren so the whole family can benefit.

Manager

Jared has taken construction and business classes in high school and beyond. He oversees our redevelopment projects, keeps rentals and tenants in order and has workers busy with his trailer full of tools and happy with his wonderful sense of humor, cold drinks and pizza. Picture on left is Jared. Roger, on the right, helps us buy properties all over the country.
