We had the best waitress and her name was Bria, AKA Josh’s wife. She was the best! So attentive and friendly! The service was great and we will definitely be back and ask for Bria! We wouldn’t want anyone else!

I’m usually always pretty meh about Chili’s and this location didn’t really change my mind. I had their ribeye with broccoli and skillet mashed potatoes. It wasn’t like it was a bad meal, but I finished it thinking«I can make this dish better by myself at home». The steak didn’t have a particularly great dear on it, broccoli was a bit mushy and overlooked, and the potatoes were fine — a bit salty for my taste. However, for one good point — I had their Mango Iced Tea. It tasted nothing like mango, instead it tasted more like a Lychee Iced Tea which is a good thing. It was crazy delicious.

Quality has gone down and down. food seems to never be fresh when I go. I think there are better options in the area now.

Fast and adequate service despite being at full capacity. Clean. Cocktails were delicious. Food was good. The staff was friendly. Would return.

This is by far the worst chilis I have been to, minus the one in Destin which is now permanently closed. Unfortunately we find ourselves here more often than we’d like since it’s one of the cheaper places with a variety of things on the menu. 9 times out of 10 we have to wait for a table on a week night while staring at empty tables. Tonight there were literally 15+ empty tables and more than 6 groups of people waiting. This location has no idea how to properly operate. We left instead of waiting since prior dinners have shown that it is not worth waiting for.

If I was able to give a negative review I would. I have never ever in my life received such bad service like I did tonight. After they took our order, they never returned to ask us if we needed anything or If the food was okay or if we even needed to go boxes or our check. Not once did the girls check in or make the initiate to actually«wait» on us. Sadly I am a great tipper but bad Service like this makes me not want to. Definitely will never be back and I’m sure to advertise what a shitty place this is to everybody.

Grrrrrr… the turkey burger wasn’t cook correctly, it was raw. The steak an shrimp was spicy, it seems is cook on the same grill. But over all the service was good an at the end they discounted the sandwich.

Got a buffalo chicken salad. It was nothing special. What makes me give this place 1 star is the fact that the bartender Christine thought it would be a great idea to come into work with strep throat. 2 days later I’m in my hotel room with a sore throat sweating bullets nearly about to die. Yeahhhhh. Thanks a lot.

It’s a chili’s, nothing more nothing less. Food, staff, cleanliness, and service were all ok. I give it one star because half of the staff were running around with armbands, long sleeve shirts, or under armor covering up what I can only imagine were at least a few excellent tattoos. I have never seen this at a chili’s, so I asked one of the staff and found out it was the local management’s policy against tattoos and they all had to cover them in order to work. It’s a bar/grill… You get one star for poor decision making…

I went there with three other friends around 9 and we had this server that was bald and had a beard. He didn’t refill our drinks until we asked and when our food came out there was two extra tacos(two people ordered the chicken tacos) he claimed they were his but pushed them to take them because he already brought them to the table. So we took them and the two people with tacos each took one. The next day they had food poisoning. When almost done with our food, we asked for a refill and we sat by the kitchen which has a reflector and I could see him making the drink. He filled the cup up, drank from it, then filled it back up and brought it to our table. The service was terrible and I would recommend not going.

I have only visited this restaurant one other time and it was years ago. I looked forward to this visit because I wanted a change from all of the other places I frequent. Our party dined on an early Saturday afternoon and the place was pretty packed. Having said that, it took quite a while for us to receive our food. This wouldn’t have been so bad but all of the tables around us received their food before us, even the ones with the same amount of folks in their party as we had, and we’d even arrived and ordered before they did. I really think that our waitress, who was pretty nice, kind of forgot to put our order in initially. Anyway, our nice waitress’ demeanor went downhill a bit after our orders arrived and here’s why. One of the people in our party ordered(bone-in) wings and was brought boneless tenders. When the disappointed diner pointed this out to her, she seemed to become a bit miffed about it. Although she offered to send the order back for the correct food, we didn’t have any more time to spare so the offer was refused. But the waitress’ attitude stayed sour for the rest of the visit, which I found to be quite odd. But outside of that and the slow service this day I thoroughly enjoyed my food and would entertain returning.

We come here often, great staff and food, but waiting Sunday 1p.m. for a table. Nine empty tables in one section alone. Just not enough staff. That’s a management issue. Pay them and they will work.

So, let’s just start by saying chilies is not a bad place. But our waiter had an open cut on his hand. Then found blood on a napkin that wrapped my silverware. I did not get a name, but he was bald with a good beard going on. Then every table but us got their chips. Chips don’t take 30 minutes. Entrees were good. THEBLOODYNAPKINWAS A HUGEAPATITETURNOFF!

Typical chain place. I came here with my bf relatively late probably around 8pm on a weekday. Not too many people. Waiters were great, friendly and welcoming. Ambiance is decent, I can’t see the table next to me and vice versa. We started off with the hot spinach and artichoke dip, comes with chips. It was good and filling, so I’d recommend it. However, probably better for a large party because you’ll struggle to eat your whole meal with this creamy appetizer. Once again my bf got the better dish. He ordered chili’s signature ribs. He enjoyed the ribs, the meat was nice and tender. Myself, I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad w/o the chicken. It was delicious~ We also got a triple margarita. It was three tiny shots with a different type of margarita. We’re not big drinkers, so it tasted good but can’t say whether it was bad or good. It tasted refreshing. Each table had some computer thing where you could read the menu and pay for your meal. It was pretty neat. Service was good, of you’re looking for a filling meal, I’d recommend this place.

Oh! It gets better! An employee of Chili’s sent me a personal message on Unilocal calling me ignorant because of my review. I called to inform management, who was very nice and respectful. Chili’s is just a no go now, for sure. I have a good mind to call corporate on the idiot employee who commented with her real name. Ugh. I will be telling everyone I know about this!

My other half can’t stay away from the molten chocolate cake. We love the flatbreads and the margaritas. I personally love the mango chile tilapia. I ate it so much that it stopped being spicy. It’s still a great healthy meal.

Ate there last night with my roommate and friends. For a Friday night, around 630-ish PM it seemed extremely busy. We sat in the bar area and it was jam packed. Kind of felt like a sardine. Service wasn’t bad for us, waitress was prompt and polite. If you do the 2 for 1 ‘ritas, they’ll only let you get one flavor if they are busy, tho they have 2 bartenders My Bacon Ranch Quesadilla was great, the dipping sauce was spicy enough.

Well… I really like Chili’s. For whatever reason I seem to visit one in every town. This one has disappointed me twice. Perhaps if I was a party girl drinking my way through dinner I wouldn’t care, but fortunately I am not that girl. Twice now I have been here and ordered the fajita explosion salad(which should be renamed the quesadilla explosion), my go-to each time. The first time the fajitas tasted nasty. Like the grease from the grill was old– I can’t pin point it, but I didnt eat more than 1 bite. In fact I spit it out. Salad was o.k. Second visit– we waited, and waited, and waited for our food. Then we see the manager(Paul?) essentially running through the restaurant with our food… to another table. The woman was on her phone and the guy was facebooking, neither was paying attention. They started eating OURFOOD. The manager came back over and said ‘oh im sorry I forgot your extra pico de gallo’ to which the gentleman scoffed and said ‘NOPICO. NOOOOPICO.“ It was me who always orders the extra pico, extra extra pico de gallo every time. Another blatant sign that he had delivered them my order. Then the waitress walked into our section and walked out to bitch out manager Paul. Funtimes. 5 minutes later our food showed up, and we watched the manager watch us from afar as I was also delivered my extra pico de gallo. The fajitas again were nasty old greasy tasting, and i spit it out once again. The salad was o.k. So I doubt we will be back. There’s a chilis in every town, and after one bit of nastiness, another mishap plus nastiness there’s no reason to come here again.
