I’m 56 years old and have had terrible looking natural nails since I was a teen. Doctors said my family’s psoriasis was in my blood and caused uneven, erratic fingernail bed lines that would change depending on stress levels. So I had to settle for acrylic nails and lately gel acrylic(which lasted me 3.5 to 4 weeks when I had Kim or Dawn do the job at Vivid nails). Today I asked Kim if she would try to give me my first ever«French» looking gel manicure. I CAN’T BELIEVETHESEAREMYNAILS! Kim is an artist and a genius. Every time I catch a glimpse of my hands I have to do a double-take… they are gorgeous! She does such an excellent job. I’ve been going to Kim and Dawn for 10 years and they are the best I’ve ever had — in Florida or Dallas, Texas. Thank you, Kim and Dawn! Hope the photo uploads :)

I give this place one star because: this was my second time to this nails salon it’s conveniently located near my house. First time from what I recall I wasn’t impressed because staff wasn’t paying attention. I wanted to pay and the little young girl behind the counter was no where to be found. Going there today refreshed my memory. First of all the place both times was completely empty one other then person besides me. The staff is rude I felt attitude both times. I’m always use my cc to pay and then Tip generously in cash the women that was doing my nails gasped when I handed her the card to pay. What business is it of hers how I pay as long as I tip her well. Another thing I want to point out is that. Every salon I have been uses good quality salon size nail filers and soaks hangs before cutting the cuticles in a water. This salon uses some kind of cheap one time use set with very low quality tools. If they don’t improve their costumer service they will be out of business by next season. Sadly even though this salon is close lest to my house I will not be returning.
