Very bad experience. I had to report this to the bbb. They charge alot of money period to use their prison communications system. They probably charge more money than if you were to use normal T-​netix, seriously. If you put a down payment and then decide to cancel your whole deal with this company and get a refund, they will make you wait at least 7 weeks before you get your money back. This company is just not worth it. They sweet talk you into being their customer by telling you that all Floridian calls are 50 cents. Don’t fall for it. Alotta ppl have already complained about this company.
