Spot On Car Wash & Auto Spa

So my experience with auto detailing hasn’t been stellar in the past, so I’m always expecting the worst and hoping for the best. Spot On exceeded everything I’ve ever expected a great auto detail business to be.
First things first, Adrian. Before I realized he owned this business, my first thought was, «Wow, polite, and friendly». When I arrived, there was a car being detailed ahead of me, so I parked in the next bay, and started clearing out some of my garbage! He acknowledged me, and said he would be with me shortly. No problem. I continued making my car clean up ready. When he finished with the gentleman before me, Adrian started on my vehicle. Thorough. He didn’t just vacuum quickly, he vacuumed, lint rolled, spot cleaned, brushed. Thorough. I have 3 dogs, and believe me when I tell you, he removed all signs of them in my car.
I have to mention that several people showed up in the midst of my car being cleaned, and Adrian politely advised then to go through the wash tunnel first, and then return so they weren’t just sitting around. In other words, don’t expect him to rush through your car to get to the next guy, and if you are the next guy, don’t expect him to rush you or the guy before you. I like that. He does the job from start to finish well, and you are taken care of.
My car looked fabulous when he finished, and the price was excellent! I went home that minute, and returned with my husband’s truck.
It’s really nice to see someone revive the customer service business, and take pride in their work. Adrian does this, and then some. I cannot recommend Spot On enough. Great business, great owner, friendly staff.

I heard about this place from a friend, and I am glad I followed up. I drive a ’15 Jaguar XF, and 15 months into owning the car, the small scratches from other car washes started to take their toll and take away from the show room luster of the paint job.
I also quit smoking recently and wanted to get the smell out of the car which I wasn’t sure could be done.
I called Adrian, who was responsive, courteous and was specific about what would be done to back up his confidence he could get my car back to when I drove it out of the dealership. He did not disappoint.
The finish was like glass — and unbelievably he restored that new car smell too! Over the past two weeks, I’ve gone back to get a car wash — as Adrian claimed that his brushes prevented those tiny scratches you get from other car washes. Through 3 washes — his claim has held up!
Best car wash and best detailing I’ve had in over 25 years of car ownership across 3 different states. Not only that — I felt I robbed them by how little they charged.
I am a customer for life and am telling everyone I know about Spot On Car Wash & Auto Spa!

First time at this wash. Have new Mercedes which is only ten days old and wanted a professional wash. I purchased the $ 10 wash which includes hand dry. When finished it looked great except I saw small scratches and yellow paint rub marks where something rubbed up against left rear door. I showed owner Adrian Jacobs and we determined it was not his wash equipment. He said pull over to bay 1 and he plugged in a air hose and buffer. He buffed out scratch and yellow rub marks. I asked what do I owe you. You just saved me a lot of money on paint repair. No charge just come back when you can. What a place! Great service!
Also detail packages. Will get full wax job next month. Bob C.

Fabulous car wash. Our car was absolutely filthy: we hadn’t washed the car in months, we drove to Florida from Illinois, we have a really hairy dog who sheds like crazy, we have been going to the beach and carrying around all our beach stuff… In sum, really dirty car.
We got the interior clean in addition to the exterior. They got ALL the hair out, and the inside was sparkling. Very friendly service, and short wait time. Overall, great experience.
