On more than one occasion they have been helpful and honest. One time I went in with an airbag sensor issue. They told me they could fix it but that the vehicle had a recall and the dealer would fix it for free. Another time I went in with some transmission issues. I did tell them if it was the transmission I would not repair the car but instead put the money into a new one. They drove my vehicle and determined it was my transmission along with brakes and other problems. They agreed it was a very expensive fix and didn’t charge me to look at the vehicle. I will now be purchasing a new vehicle that will have a warranty but as soon as it expires I’m headed back to tuffy for any service it will need.

The service is superb, the expertise and professionalism is beyond compare. I dropped off my sick car before work, and picked up a fixed vehicle after work the same day! You can’t ask for better service than that, I was completely taken care of by the manager, Mike Williams and treated as if I were a valued customer!

Never ever go there!!! I went to have new tires put on today and ran into all sorts of problems. Tuffy did my brakes and rotors 6months prior and apparently not any single one of my lug nuts was the same. Some short. Some long. The tire store could not in good conscience use those back on my car. It was a death trap to be driving. It’s just a bonus that I found out that my brakes and rotors were after market when we paid for dealer products. They should be ashamed!

Very honest, knowledgeable, and reliable auto service. If you are a single woman and a little skittish about auto service (as I am) you can trust these folks. If you have any auto issues, you will be made aware of those issues, and advised as to whether those issues are immediate or preventative. No one will attempt to sell you parts and/​or services that are unnecessary, as has been my unfortunate experience in the past at other auto service centers. It is so refreshing to find that reputable businesses still exist.
