Meet the Business Owner

Andres A.

Business Owner

Chef Andres was born in Santiago, Chile and raised in South Florida. Since the beginning of his career, he has been bringing his artistic flair to the kitchen through his passion, creativity, and love for what he does.

Chef Andres worked for many years with Chef Mennen Tekeli at Prezzo’s in Aventura and then again at Pa DeGennaro’s in Fort Lauderdale. The use of French cooking techniques and Mediterranean spices are just a few examples of the different approaches to the culinary arts that he has carried with him and is still incorporating into his dishes today.

In between Prezzo’s and Pa DeGennaro’s, he spent some time working with Chef Allen, where he began to truly appreciate the art of food and was able to fine tune his presentation skills.

He also spent time as a Sous Chef at Trattoria Il Migliore in Aventura. Here he was able to assist in the development of the menu and daily specials and his desire for creating unique dishes was evident.
