Terrible place I brought my wife’s 2015 Subaru wrx in to have a small hole in the front bumper fixed and repainted. We were told two completely different prices by the owner and his father so after talking and settling on a price we bring it in after the work was complete they call us to pick up the car, when we arrive we notice the fog lights looked weird since we installed them personally so we look and the guys put the fog lights in upside down so they wouldn’t hook into the bracket and stay in place after that we notice chips where the people just pushed the bumper in place and scratched it. On top of that we notice they didn’t put all the screws and plastic pieces on like they should have. So after noticing this and the paint color having chips they say leave it again and it will get done. We come back the next day when they say its done for the second time but same issues where they left white paint specks on the hood of the car and even the paint on the opposite side of the hole looked like it didn’t have a gloss coat to it the paint looked matte or no gloss and the same issues with putting the bumper back on where the workers didn’t line up the bumper so it was not lining up to the rest of the car. So the owner Chris says he will personally work on the car for the third time and my girlfriend stayed to watch and Chris was no where during that process of painting and installing for the third time. After getting the car back the third time we noticed more specks of paint and chipping paint on the bumper. Grant you the car was brand new when we brought it in only 5,000 miles on the car just wanted them to fix a small hole in the bumper and paint it so it looks new but they couldn’t do that and wouldn’t offer a partial refund or even say they were sorry about it I don’t know if the workers rush jobs like that all the time but bad business and the father who was very nice could not be found after that issue only the son Chris. I would say if you want the job done right don’t go here we now have to contact another paint shop to repaint the bumper but they did fix the hole to their credit.
