Have been there twice. Both times a huge disappointment. Horrible customer service in a ghetto environment. Service is less than ideal. The front desk is rude and disrespectful. Only reason I’m giving 1 star are the medical professionals. Avoid this place if possible.

My wife and I Waited more than 2 hours for a five minute procedure. We were«next» for over an hour. Find a different place for medical imaging if you value your time. Their excuses changed every 15 min and the tech didn’t apologize. So bad that I was inspired to write my first Unilocal review.

I agree with the person who did a previous review. My son had a 2:00 appt and arrived 1:45 to fill out paperwork. What’s the purpose of all that he forgot his id which is his fault but Geesh when that was determined u should have sent him home to get or reschedule who has time to sit for 2 hours in your office and then you call the previous doctor who has a copy of his ID so u claim and when they send over its too dark this is the kicker after all that he finally gets to go in the back to do the mri REALLY??? I wanna cuss. Makes no sense!

I think I would rather GOUGE my eyes out than ever come back here again. My appointment time was set at 10:45 am. When I scheduled the appointment I was told to come in 15 minutes prior to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 10:30 am to a packed waiting room. There were over 25 people in the reception area and only 1 person at the desk to assist in signing people in, with 2 at the window to take insurance documents. After I signed my name on a list, I waited 10 minutes or so for them to call my name. I was handed paperwork to fill out. I then waited another 40 minutes for someone at the window to call my name. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you’re going to make people wait like that? I get it… you’re busy blah blah. you’re doing the best that you can blah blah… but serious ridiculous lack of customer service and the process of scheduling an appointments is not streamlined. BTW… still waiting to have my name called for testing and I’ve been here for close to an hour. If the technical assistants end up giving me better customer service, I may reconsider giving them another star. But I stand behind my rating of this place. WORSTWAITEVER… and I’ve been to plenty of ERs when my Mom was ill!!!
