Established in 2004.

Working in the yachting industry, the need for a more efficient and cost-​effective method for hiring crew, than commission-​based crew agencies, was evident. Crew4Yachts (Crew4Crew, Inc.) was created to allow yacht captains, owners and management companies to review all available yacht crew throughout the world via our online database, instead of having to rely on just the one’s crew agents decided to send them, We believe only the employer really knows which candidates will be the best fit for their program.

Crew4Yachts also provides yacht crew with many more job opportunities since they are promoting themselves directly to the employer and not having to rely on an agent to remember them and put them forward for available jobs.
