All Service Shuttle

We had arranged for All Service Shuttle to pick us up (a group of 12) from Port Everglades and take us to West Palm Beach airport. Approximately 90 minutes before our scheduled pickup they sent me an email saying that they didn’t have a shuttle for us and basically were leaving us high and dry. Tried to refer us to an «affiliate» of theirs but there was no way we were going to trust them to deliver. Would not recommend.

Bring back über. So much cheaper and faster. Broward County really sucks, back to the slow and crowded shuttles and $ 100 limo

We booked a shuttle for a family of 4 from the Ft. Lauderdale Airport to the Liberty of the Seas at Port Everglades. The shuttle driver called us because he arrived 20 minutes early for our pick up. We were waiting for our luggage when he called two more times and wanted to know how long it would be to get our luggage. I told him I didn’t know so he told me that he had another couple he was going to run to the Port and come back for us. We waited for him for 1.5 hours!!! The Port is a 15 minute drive tops. We were not happy to be left basically stranded at the airport. I called the driver three more times each time he told me he’d be there in 10 minutes. Once he finally picked up us I double checked to make sure we had a shuttle scheduled to pick us up after our cruise. He said he couldn’t find one and promised us he scheduled us right there and then for a pick up after our cruise. When we got back it was exactly what we thought — NO PICK UP. We took a cab instead. It only cost us $ 15 as opposed to the $ 45 the first driver charged us even though I told him that was not what my reservations said. My advice is to take a cab –it’s cheaper, there are plenty of them and they are very nice and courteous.

My family and I used this shuttle service for a recent trip we made to Ft Lauderdale and Miami. Not only was he extremely friendly and prompt, but he dropped us all off at different locations without any fuss. The ride was very smooth and affordable as well. He made a usual very stressful situation very easy and enjoyable. I definitely would recommend this company.

Taxis in florida are made of very funny/​weird/​creepy community. Avoid if at all possible. My mom’s foot was injured when taxi driver refused to use his meter and wanted to charge a ridiculous fee. he fled. she was taken to urgent care. this company picked us up, best service, and we also called them on returning from cruise. highly recommended.

We recently used this shuttle service to pick us up from the Ft. Lauderdale airport and drive us to our hotel in Miami where we were staying before our cruise.
We paid $ 85 for a private shuttle. Not a shuttle bus!
No other pick ups or drop offs… just us!
They did a great job. We only waited a few minutes once we got our bags.
The driver was nice and the van was comfortable.

I scheduled pick up from and to the airport the night before my trip. The company confirmed both trips in email the next morning. There were 3 in our group, but two missed the flight. I emailed Jorge that it was just me so I would take a cab instead. I also word for word followed up with, «can we still keep the reservation for tomorrow though?» Jorge replied back yes and I replied again confirming the the time and number of passengers.
I called again in the morning & Jorge said we weren’t on the schedule. He said he would pick us up 15 min later than expected though and I was very okay with that. Then 10 minutes later he calls to say he cannot accommodate us… and tries to defend his canceling last minute on us by saying he was «being professional» so we could find an alternative. 45 minutes before we were to leave. This was a disappointing experience.

I very much recommend this shuttle service, especially for those needing an affordable, fast and reliable ride from the airport to your cruise ship, and vice versa. If you’re worried who to call for a ride like I was, this is the place to call!
Found the ad in south florida craigslist and was impressed by the rates (special $ 6 airport to port everglades!!), so I made reservations for both airport pickup and cruise pickup on the website, then received a confirmation email. Everything then went wonderfully. From the professional and friendly demeanor of the driver to the comfort of the very sleek black shuttle van, I felt lucky I found this shuttle service when I did (only 2 days before my cruise!). I saved the number in my phone since I don’t have internet on my phone and my calls were always picked up promptly.
The shuttle service can accompany up to 8 passengers for a trip, is fully insured and licensed and as it states on the website: «serving dozens of passengers daily going to cruise ports and airports, also we can transport you to several cities like Miami and Palm Beach.»
We were picked up right on time from the airport, and enjoyed listening to some Frank Sinatra on the way while chatting with the driver, who has lived in Fort Lauderdale for a number of years. We got dropped off directly in front of the port for our ship and the driver wasted no time in getting out our luggage from the back and wished us a great trip.
When we got back from the cruise, we actually needed to be picked up over 2 hours ahead of the time I originally stated in my reservation, but Jorge said no problem and we got picked up within 10 – 15 minutes. Three young ladies from the cruise who needed a ride to the airport as well boarded the van with us and commented on how much cheaper this was than their taxi ride before.
I should also mention that the people who run the shuttle service have a small hotel near the airport they run themselves. If you need somewhere to stay overnight before the cruise or for going to the convention center, seems from their website like a nice little hotel.
This was my first visit to Florida and first cruise, glad the transportation part of it all went without a hitch thanks to All Service Shuttle. Will be calling them again next time I’m back. Happy and safe traveling, everyone!
