Jim & Eunice are the owners of Stegner Property Management. Jim is a native of Ft. Collins who loves the mountains and all that northern Colorado has to offer. Jim and Eunice have their own rental properties which Jim has been managing for years. After time he became good at handling all the challenges that come with this and decided he would like to help others with their rental properties. He started out by obtaining his real estate license and then put all his time into learning the industry through personal experience, being a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and learning from other experienced agents, before finally starting Stegner Property Management in 2008. Now that he helps others with their rentals, it is his goal to provide unequaled quality service and personal care all at a lower than average cost.
