Apple Property Management is the product of Freddy Cougar and Jason having a baby you’r worst nightmare. I have been living at 2989 Sky Line Dr. Evans Colorado for about seven months now. For Six of the seven we have had a water leak that they Refuse to get fixed professionaly. They Keep Sending out Kieth Kluton their «maintness man» biggest joke in the world. We have had one mold problem to the point that I was hospitalized and put on anitbiotics. Also the water is once again leaking and molding. Every time I ask for a professional I get Kieth is the hired hand to get it fixed and a professional. That and upper managment does not feel that it is nessicarry to hire a plumber. I honestly feel they need to be shut down for there un-​human standards of living and bussiness. They are rude, disrecspectful, and all they care about is money. Not my kids who live in these conditions or my wife or any one. Do not rent from them they are scoundrals and deserve to loose all bussiness rights and titles. I hope that company Sinks into a depression so deep they can not rebound. This world has enough slum lords in we do not need you to.
