Shawn and Kari Harger are licensed Realtors in Northern Colorado. Together we are the Harger Home Team at C3 Real Estate Solutions. We help people buyers, sellers, investors and with relocation. We are both CNE’s which stands for Certified Negotiation Experts. Although we work throughout Colorado, we specialize serving south east Fort Collins, CO real estate. We are most familiar with this area because it is where we have lived for over 14 years. Through our experience we have become an expert in the schools, shopping, parks, activities, and the growth and development of this area.

We are a strong, confident, and motivated team. We always have a goal set before us. We are always moving forward and trying to grow as people. We enjoy being part of the community not just living in it. We coach youth sports, and are volunteer at the local elementary school and hospital. We shop, dine, get our coffee, attend church, pump gas, and love to socialize all within OUR community.

As professional real estate agents we work for our clients! We know that whether they are buying a forever home or investment property, a home is the biggest purchase they will probably ever make. We will do our best to assist our clients and guide them to make the decision that is best for them.

Established in 2013.

The Harger Home Team started based on a simple philosophy… relationships matter. When deciding to enter the Fort Collins CO, real estate world as a team we discussed how we wanted to run our business. It was quickly obvious that we wanted to do more then just help buy and sell houses. We know that a real estate transaction is a life changing experience and our goal is to make sure that every client that works with us has a positive experience. The best way we can make that happen is by making sure that you know that we are more then just your Norther Colorado realtors. We are your friend and partner in each and every transaction.

We are there for you and will provide you with any and all help that we can possibly give. Whether that is basic real estate advice and support, connecting them with inspectors, painters, lenders or just good restuarant advice. If you want it we will provide it for you. Shawn Harger and Kari Harger are Colorado natives and have lived in Fort Collins since 1998. Married with 4 kids, our lives are non stop movement. Our kids are all active and we love being there to support them. If we are not working an Open House or showing a buyer a home you can bet we are out in the community doing something.
