These guys set up a booth at the Go Pro Games in Vail in June 2015. They promised us(my gf and I) that DirecTV would buy out her Dish Network contract if we signed with DirecTV. Then they charged me $ 21. As the installer for DirecTV arrived, I simply called DirecTV to confirm that they were buying out our Dish contract before we started any instillation. DirecTV(national customer service) informed me that DirecTV was NOT buying our our Dish contract, which would have committed us to two contracts. It wasn’t DirecTV’s fault, but the idiot/liars at Satellite Guru who made promises to us 100 miles away from their business in Denver. Come to find out, DirecTV pays Satellite Guru $ 500 to get new customers signed into a 2 year contract with DirecTV. Satellite Guru obviously just wanted their $ 500 and for us to have to deal with the consequences. I’ll also be sending in a formal complaint to the Denver BBB for these shoddy and deceptive business practices by Satellite Guru. I will never do business with them and neither should you. They should be forced out of business.

Do not order your TV or Internet service from this company. They over promise and under deliver. They agreed at the time of sale to help out with the cancellation fee for my previous provider in order for me to switch to them. They never followed through on their end.
