I want you to know what to expect, how to navigate through this sometimes overwhelming business transaction knowing I am on your side. I also want you to know that I’m communicating with everyone who could possibly be involved in your transaction, lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, HOA managers, and other Realtors.
*Compassion & Empathy– Real Estate can be a bit of a roller-coaster ride. I understand this and I also understand that we are all people and life can be very stressful at times. I want you to know that treating you like a person with dignity and respect is the only way I want to do business with you. I am in the business of helping people. *Negotiations– Every transaction is different and requires a different approach depending on your specific needs. I believe negotiations can be civilized and professional, and there is no need for bullying. That being said I am not a softy, but the negotiation route chosen for a specific transaction will at the discretion of you my client.

I am a Northern Colorado native. I grew up at 8,000 feet on a cattle ranch 50 miles north of Fort Collins. Growing up on a ranch taught me the importance of honesty and hard work. I carry those values with me every day. Integrity and fairness are words I live my life by; they are also how I conduct myself in my business of real estate. To add to my personal depth of knowledge I also hold a degree and several professional certificates.
I obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Business at Colorado State University College of Business and a Real Estate licence through Northern Colorado College of Real Estate.
I feel there is value in meeting people face-to-face. I will provide the best customer service through listening to clients and coaching you through the process of buying and selling your home.
