Unprofessional and dis-respectful. They forgot the beef in our pick-up order for the Super Bowl. They offered to supply the beef if we picked it up as well as give a full refund. It was frustrating and inconvenient but we agreed. When we got there they went back on our agreement and refused to give a full refund. They just handed me a $ 5 bill(when I paid with credit card) – only half the cost of our order. Their reasoning was that they already had given us the other ingredients so they wouldn’t refund the whole thing. Apparently, making two trips to a restaurant because they made a mistake, gas, time, missing kick-off, and sticking to their word isn’t worth the other $ 5. We won’t be returning based on poor customer service.

Overall a pretty good experience. The restaurant was clean. The seats were kind of worn out the leather or vinyl is broken. Overall the food was OK. The coconut juice is really good. We had a little dish and a phở. The bowl full was huge. The flavors were OK. If you get a dish with shrimp in it the shrimp were tiny. Food aside, the service was slow. Really affordable though. Dinner for three was under $ 40 before tip.

I used to go here and loved the Phở. What an amazing dish it is. However I stopped. going almost unconsciously because it is dirty. The various condiment bottles.are.sticky all the time. That is a major turnoff and makes you wonder about the rest of. the place.

I’ve been ranting and raving about the delicious well done brisket and rare beef soup I enjoyed about a year ago so I was looking forward to taking my significant other out for his first phở experience– can you believe after waiting 10 minutes for a server to greet us, he walked away in the middle of our order?! I’ve been in the service industry for 10 years and have NEVER had the audacity to walk away from a guest while clarifying a menu option. How disappointing.

Being around the Denver area as well as experiencing Phở places in California, I was really happy to find out about this phở place when I moved to Fort Collins. I am very disappointed in this place. I guess I had my expectations way too high. One thing that stands out the most is that a «Large» bowl of phở is $ 8.99 at Phở Duy. Everywhere else I’ve been, that«Large» bowl is considered a medium size bowl of phở at all the places I’ve gone to. The«Large» bowls at the other phở places I’ve gone to are way bigger and cost less than $ 8.99. The service was subpar as it seems our waitress didn’t know what she was doing(which can definitely fall upon the management not training her well enough… possibly…I just don’t know the backstory) as well as her seeming like she just didn’t want to be there.

They need a busboy! They seem to never have enough help and the waiter, waitress are bussing and waiting tables so service can be slow at times. BUT the Phở is amazing and is one of my familie’s main staples. I don’t care what happens I always go back and always will! I would give them five stars but have to say the bathrooms need some help. Ugh

I ignore the fact that service is generally pretty terrible because I love their phở. Granted, this place is the first and only place I’ve ever had phở so I’m not really sure what it’s «supposed» to be like but I think it tastes great. I get the same thing every time, the large chicken phở and jasmine tea.

I’ve had better Phở elsewhere but for Fort Collins, it’s what we have and it’s not bad at all. Good price and I leave full every time. They do seem to be skimping on the amount of meat these days. Once I ordered extra meat and if they actually gave it to me, it was only one slice of meat. I wouldn’t waste your money for extra anything. Service is average.

Dined in today for lunch with a friend. I was skeptical of this place because I had tried phở at other locations and I was not a fan. I decided to give the P11(meatballs) a try and I can honestly say I am now a fan. I felt bad for our waiter. He was the only one and it was pretty busy I would say 9 – 10 tables he did a decent job considering. The price was just right. I will be back!

I’ve been eating Phở for around 27 years. I consider myself a Phở connoisseur. I used to come to Phở Duy when it first opened, Last night I went, and remembered why I stopped going here. To start, the waiter, I’m guessing a High School or College kid, did not pronounce Phở correctly. While in the grand scheme of things, it’s not a giant deal, you’d think you’d know how to pronounce the food your’e serving. A «Large» Phở is now $ 8.99 which in itself is outrageous, but the fact that their«Large» is a «Medium» or a «Small» ANYWHERE else is ridiculous. Next, the amount of meat that was in my serving was very little as well. I even got«Extra Meatball» in mine, and it seems that they only gave me extra meatball and no other meat. The meatballs were also very small compared to any other Phở restaurant you’d go to. The heat of the broth was not great either. While it’s not supposed to be scalding, it is supposed to still be hot after you’ve put in your ingredients and mixed it all together. Lastly, the service in general was not amazing. I drink a lot of water when I eat Phở and my glass sat empty my whole meal. While it’s not the end of the world, it still reflects poorly on this restaurant. Overall, I will not be returning nor will I recommend Phở Duy to anyone.

The Phở(I’ve never tried anything else here) is decent, above average — better then any other Phở in Fort Collins. The service depends upon the number of other patrons, because there will be 1 server regardless. Dress for the weather, because they don’t believe in heating or air conditioning.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! The phở was acceptable… nothing great, nothing horrible. Broth was a little weak, tasted watered down. The atmosphere was bare, looked like it used to be an old Chinese restaurant in a strip mall Watch out if you’re wearing a skirt and you’re sitting in the booth. It appears that in every booth the seats were cracked horribly and if you’re wearing a skirt you will get cut, scraped, or pinched pretty bad. My main issue comes from the management. There was some confusion on our order, the server admitted he messed up. He gave us an additional 1 shrimp and 1egg roll. The manager wanted to charge us for the mistake. After multiple go arounds, the manager finally took off the additional item, however, he was extremely rude and for the remainder of our stay acted like a pissed off five-year-old…pouting and avoiding eye contact. The manager didn’t apologize and even said«common sense would have told you not to except the food». He actually chastised us for not calling us out on their mistake sooner. How are we supposed to know that there was a mistake… it was our first time there. It was a three dollar appetizer that we didn’t order, and he made us feel like we were trying to steal the family jewels. I have never felt so insulted or frustrated in a dining establishment. In addition, four separate times we saw the manager bus the tables, either a napkin or some large paper product fell on the ground. We saw him actually look at what fell to the ground, but none of the times did he ever pick it up… so there was literally trash on the ground in the dining room and appeared that he couldn’t care less. Completely unprofessional, it was our first time there and we will not be going back.

This place is not good. They used a form of fatty breakfast sausage and grissly chicken for the noodle bowls. The fried egg rolls are a poor substitute for what is normally a nice contrast of texture. The noodles also tasted fishy. Just gross. AVOID.

I was less than impressed. The food I ordered was pretty mediocre in my opinion, and I have had much better Vietnamese food in the past. I am not sure if I would go back.

Avoid! As soon as we walked in we felt like turning around. Bad atmosphere-not in a quaint, hole in the wall kind of way, but in an unsanitary, generic Chinese restaurant that will fail the health inspection kind of‘ way. It really looks like they don’t care how it looks or smells, and this is what we DO see. I don’t want to know what the kitchen looks like. Regardless, we were hungry, so we waited to be seated. And waited. And waited. They weren’t even busy. The waiter dismissively told us to hold on. While we waited we saw one customer frown over her soup and complain to the waiter. On her way out we asked her what was wrong and she said it was the wrong item and it tasted terrible. We high-tailed it out of there and the waiter didn’t even notice. I’d rather pay 10 cents for some top-ramen in my semi-clean house than trust these guys and fork over my money.

NOTAUTHENTIC! Korean not Vietnamese. Shrimp was rancid. Waiter was disrespectful when we expressed concern. Peanut sauce was watery. They do not have sautee. Blinds were grossly dusty and flies. If you like this place then you don’t know phở.

The food is well worth the wait. Even that isn’t all bad. Would be nice if they had WiFi. coasters would be a nice addition. Lots of people like the P11. I prefer the B11.

Okay. In my last review I said Saigon Grill had the best phở. I was an idiot for saying that. Phở duy is the bomb! They have the largest rice paper rolls in Fort Collins. Someone wrote the peanut sauce was watered down. It is. However they were still good. Phở portion is great. Broth is good. Better than Saigon with WAY more space. Attentive staff. Why are the reviews so low? Go eat at Olive Garden if you’re not cultured.

Pretty solid little place. My only real complaints are that the peanut dipping sauce for the spring rolls is kind of on the watery side, and the veggie toppings they give you are a little scant. I came here for lunch with my husband and we both had the rare steak and well-done brisket phở. The broth was perfect — flavorful, and not too sweet. The menu might be lacking in variety, but that might be because phở is the focus here. The price is right as well!
