History
Established in 1970.
Architecture Plus, with offices in Fort Collins and Loveland, was founded 40+ years ago in 1970. Principals, Jim Cox and Tom Kalert, lead a streamlined staff of dedicated professionals. As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, 75% of APlus staff are LEED Accredited Professionals and most recently the University of Wyoming Kendall House project was awarded LEED Gold certification.
Informed design is unique to Architecture Plus. It’s an unmatched service that combines architecture with facility condition assessments. Why is that combination meaningful to you? For the past 20 plus years, we’ve assessed over 150 million square feet of buildings in hundreds of building types worldwide. These assessments offer our staff a «real world» architectural and engineering laboratory that directs our design decisions to systems, components, and materials that efficiently perform and stand the test of time.
