Customer service: zero. Walked in from the library right across and wanted to change the 100 $ bill I had in order to purchase a breakfast sandwich from the cart outside. I was denied because I didnt have an account with them… Really? So I had to walk across to B of A where I did have an account and they didn’t even ask me if I was a member… Thanks for wasting my time Sterling National Bank.
