The wait is crazy and if you have half day in your hand come here. Otherwise go somewhere else.

KEW GARDENS, NY
The employees are great and are very respectful. I’m very patient and I’m use to long waits. However, if you are going to make me wait for 30 min to see my locker I find that to be ridiculous. They are obviously understaffed and the owner needs to employ more workers, since they are great here.
